05/12- submitted at usps

06/10- approved and shipped 

06/11- passport received 

06/17- passport card received 

06/18- naturalization certificate received 

 

Locator 69

 

I was surprised my naturalization certificate came back so fast as I’ve seen people complain they never got theirs back on time. Anyway it’s refreshing to be done with immigration.

I got e mail this morning my Passport was approved and shipped. Processed at Dallas passport Agency. Applied on August 10th. They started to process on August 20th. Exactly 4 weeks.

Just got my certificate back. So the complete timeline for Routine (regular/standard) processing with standard delivery, applied for both book and card ($140 total + $35 USPS execution fee):

06/13/2022: Oath ceremony

06/13/2022: Applied at USPS - Expedited

06/15/2022: USPS tracking says delivered in Philadelphia

06/17/2022: Passport status updated. Received and In Process. Locator number 69

Do y'all think it'll arrive before the end of August? I have a trip planned and I was hoping it'd arrive in time without needing to be expedited. TIA

Interview scheduled for: 05/08/18

Hey,

 

Has anyone applied for a passport recently? We just recently gave birth in NY and applied for the passport at a USPS location last week - July 21st, 2022.

We were told it would take 8-11 weeks. 

Also, we used the Certificate of Live Birth as proof of Citizenship. This was from New York State. That is all what we have received. Is there another form of birth certificate that the State provides or is that the only one?

Go to https://passportstatus.state.gov/ and enter your details (only need your last name, DoB, and last 4 of social). Your locator number will show up in the results.

My wife passport locator 69.  We applied for normal time since we are not planning to travel.                                                          8/1/22 Applied at local postal office.   8/4/22 status change to received in in process.                                                     8/6/22 check cashed

08/26- application received

expedited application

application is in progress.

Some i know applied regular on 07/01. Still shows in progress. Don't know why it takes so long now. It took a month for people who applied in 06/22.
