  1. Yes only married name. As like what you said, while filing up information at RCMP she gave her previous name when not married. And on the Police certificate only her married name shown. Like others thought, you might had a not well knowledgeable NVC documents reviewee.
  2. That's really strange and very confusing. I agree with all the advices of our friend @From_CAN_2_US. If you stayed from other countries you have to provide police certificate as stated on this snip. I also checked my wife's RCMP Police Certificate and I confirm on her name was the married name and NVC accepted it. I'm not sure what was happening now with their system. Two of our folks here posted that previously their Police Certificate was approved then after as they check their CEAC acct it shows missing. Is it possible there's a glitch on their system? I guess so. Because in my experience our documents were completely submitted (i.e. Jun 19 '21). As I was checking the Current Case review time, supposedly we were covered on the cut-off date. I called USCIS and learned our complete submitted date wasn't that what I know. Their system change it so I have to wait another weeks before NVC will review our documents.
  3. My wife received email from U.S. DOS Visa system with subject "U.S. DoS Visa system return travel document shipment notice". Another email receive from Purolator with the subject "Purolator PIN/NIC (tracking number) - A shipment has been created"

  5. Hello folks! Just thought of sharing you an update for my wife's green card. Apr. 8- Wife activated her Immigrant Visa at YVR Apr. 12- I paid green card fee Apr 13- Received email from USCIS acknowledgement of the payment stating they received it on Apr 12 and assigning case # IOE. Since I have account on uscis https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/displayLogon.do (different to myuscis acct). I logged and added the case # IOE. Apr. 18- Wife received SSN Jun 4- Received email, UCSIC approved production of card Jun 7- Received email USCIS status: Card/Document Production Jun 8- Received email USCIS status: Post Office picked up mail. Provided tracking number and link with usps Jun 10- Received physical Green Card. Total days from acknowledgement date to date received physical Green Card- 59 calendar days Total working days from Apr 13 to date- 42 days I suggest to all to create an account on the link above in able for you to add the case number. You will not only able to use this at Green Card process but as well as when you apply for Naturalization so you will have an update whenever USCIS made actions to your case. Also I suggest to create an account with USPS so you will know informed delivery for your upcoming mails or package for the incoming day. Hope this gives idea to all. Note everybody may encounter different processing time on receiving SSN & GC. PLEASE read previous post from others and take note what were their advices if you didn't receive your SSN in a week or two and for GC if you didn't receive it after 90 days.
  6. I remember when we picked up my wife's package/envelope at Puralator, there's no more other envelope inside that is sealed. It's just the passport and I can't remember if she have the welcome notice. And for all here who received their passport with immigrant visa, someone may correct me, but I believe no one receive the immigrant visa packet which what they called long time ago that must be sealed and present to Immigration Officer at the Airport or the Border (if crossing by land border). Everything now is electronically uploaded in their system. Once you cross and activate your immigrant status, you will just show you passport and they will ask where you will be staying. For my wife when she activated hers at YVR, they asked the address where she'll be staying and told her the contact number which is on the file is her correct contact number and she said "that's my husband's number". Some also thought that IO will ask for the CD of their XRAY copy. My wife have it but IO never ask for it.
  7. I remember you posted on Apr 3 and said you just received your Green Card in mail.
  8. Wow that was pretty fast. My wife entered on Apr 8, and I paid here Green card Apr 12. I had checked and still shows Immigrant Visa Fee Payment Received. Not in a rush I know we have to wait, but it will be better if she will receive it very soon.
