2000 pages is overkill.......

It adds up quickly. Three years of tax returns plus two amendments was already ~200, and then our lease alone is already nearly 100 pages (corporation-owned apartment). And our lawyer said (I know people have mixed feelings about lawyer on VJ but ours did a flawless job with our CR-1) to include every bill for each month that has both names and all bank/credit card statements so they see joint activity.

Hello all!😀

Well after being on hiatus the last 2 years, alas the time has come to remove conditions. Question: for the affidavits from friends/family, is it to be signed by a notary or just simply signed by the friends/family?

That's correct.

On this website you can calculate what your earliest filing date is: https://www.uscis.gov/forms/uscis-early-filing-calculator

Anything before that date USCIS won't accept.

thank you! very helpful 🙂

Thank you for the response. I was unsure as I did not see much publicized with the does and don'ts in this area.

My GC expires 3/13, and I mailed my package yesterday on 1/13. I definitely didn't take the "everything but the kitchen sink" approach so we'll see how that goes. I really just sent in our joint tax returns, 4 different bank statements over the course of 2018-2019, my lease renewal (that also mentions that we had been tenants the previous year too), health insurance cards showing my husband on my plan, various travel bookings and some black and white photos together with various people.

13-Mar-18 - POE

27-Apr-18 - Green card received

13-Jan-20 - Mailed out I-751 packet

15-Jan-20 - NOA date

12-Feb-20 - Biometrics appt completed; Status: Case was updated to show fingerprints were taken

07-Oct-20 - Case ready to be scheduled for interview

06-Jul-21 - Interview scheduled

I wouldn't do it if I were you. Just wait for 10 more days and mail it.

DON’T. If your application is received before 01/24, they are just going to return it to you.
