Hey! Does anyone knows where you should request delivery documents after interview in WAW? I remember last year before interview they wanted to see page from account (личный кабинет) with delivery address, but address was specific, I dont remember it. I wonder if rules have changed. thank you so much!

Yes, we sent it and case was refused with date 21.02.23 yesterday it was updated with refused from 24-02-24

Hello everyone! i applied for my dad in 2021, case passed burocracy and was sent to embassy. We had interview in Jan 2023 and got rfe, sent all document we were asked for and feb 2023 case was refused, no word since then but yesterday case was updated again same status “refused” does it mean denial?

Hello everyone! I finally got an interview notice, now facing million questions. But most important are: 1. COVID vaccine, there non CDC approved vaccives available in Russia, Im confused, my dad has non approved one and he could fly to europe with it. 2. Can I come to his interview, or Im not allowed, I know in states you are allowed, my cousin went with his mom. 3. FInancial docs, weird in interview letter it is said to bring, in CEAC it is said they not needed, if were uploaded, where is the truth? Thanks everyone for help!

Hi! I have already asked abot procedures, but now we are at the point where our case is in NVC. My father is actively planning his wedding and question get to the date. Would it affect his case processing? Is it better for him: 1) to get married after he got here get his GK, come back marry and file 2) marry before interview 3) marry after interview but before enter US for future filing he got all nececary evidence of relations, I told him carefully collect: all trips docs, prrofs of living together. Now just stucked with date. Thank you!
