The embassy gave us an expedite due to medical but NVC is being such a nonsense. They stick our case 😠 wonder what's going on.

I know what you mean. I work in the entertainment industry and since I work, I have been hired by over 50 different companies...

I think what they want is really the name and address of all the different companies you have been working for.

@bellaquang I received a 2nd case creation notice in the mail just now. It was dated a day after I submitted all my docs to NVC. 

Let me know if you hear anything...

I haven't heard anything.  That is just weird.  I got an email from them last week (since I submitted the AskNVC), they told me that the documents I submitted will soon be reviewed.  Until now, I still haven't heard anything.

I also emailed them, but can't remember when that was. How long after you submitted your question did you get a response?

It's supposed to be longer than 12 months but I lived in another country for 9 months and the ceac requested my police certificate from that country

I sent them 3 emails total.  The first one was back in October to asking about the case number and ID number, and they did not reply until last week but their answer is all about my current status now as I submitted all documents and waiting for DQ.

Hi,

 

I'm not sure if anyone else knew this, but when they review the documents submitted they are going by the dates the documents  were last submitted. In my case, I submitted all the necessary documents last month but added additional documents later and she said that it changed my review date... so basically I have to wait even longer ☹️
