Hi everyone! If anyone used assets for their I864, can you share what documentation you used to show asset's value ? Thanks

Hi! We used our money savings. Got a declaration from the bank account manager and translate to english. Also sent a copie of the most recent statement. With this we got the doc approved without   any issues. 👍🏻

Soo... just entered the states to visit hubby for the holidays. thought I’d let you all know of any issues while visiting on ESTA with pending CR1 at NVC Stage.

Landed at LAX, just 3 questions:

- how long is your visit...? 1 month

- business or pleasure? Pleasure

- who are you visiting? Husband

Stamped my passport and said have a lovely day..

Same here, I had no issues arriving yesterday, got asked the same questions as well.

For some reason, I don't believe this accurate. It makes me feel like this is just computer generated because the NVC has been DQ different cases that have nothing to do with this timeline.

NVC too unpredictable... I know several JV members who have submitted documents in November without expedite and received DQ within days and weeks...and some individual prior to this date and have not received DQ.

It's a fairly decent guide but because of these cases it's hard to fully believe that this is it

I haven't taken much stock into it anymore since approval cases are so random... I was actually informed that each case is so unique there is no way to actually say what order they are working in
