DQ DQ DQ DQ

I AM SO EXCITED!!!

Submitted Civil 11/10

Submitted AOS 11/23

DQ 12/19 (2.30 PM Eastern Time)

Happy for you! That was relatively quick. 😀

Edit to add: I seriously hope they're already doing submissions on the 23rd of November since I submitted my documents on the 28th. :)

Please people who got Documents Qualified, can you advice us on this typing date issue we are talking about, in i-864 (or any of it's versions) , the date under the sponsor's signature has to be phisycally  written in black ink as the signature or is it ok to be electronically typed ??

I was DQ and signed and dated in ink.  That is the normal method on any legal document.

@Duke & Marie, @pcs9288, @George George, sorry for the late reply and confirmation, timezones and all / was sleeping plus husband at work so I could not confirm with him.

I assumed it was the date since the nvc message specified the both signature and date in hand.

i want to edit my original post but can’t,

The date was wrong / he prepared it way back when we were doing I-130 and also apparently didn’t sign in ink. Now I’m not sure how he signed it the first time  🤔🤔🤔.  Didn’t want to bug him more on it as he is having a bad day that started with dead car battery -> late to work.

edit : he signed the one he printed out previously but forgot about it since it was so long ago and just sent the soft copy of the unsigned one without thinking.

sorry for the confusion and worry.

All three versions of marriage documents and police certificate

Did they ask for a police certificate from Pakistan?

Looking at your history it seems you submitted a police certificate originally. What was wrong with it? How did you fix it?

I don't know why they rejected the original one

We wrote a descriptive email regarding police certificate format that this is the original one they can verify it

After this explanation they accepted it

Even though now police certificate is not needed from Pakistan
