I’m sorry, that’s just horrible. 😔 I hope it doesn’t take that long for us. I’m about to lose my mind. We’ve also been going through this for almodt 3 years../And trust me, the day he steps foot in this country. I am having an ear plugs bonfire in my backyard...my ears hurt! 😂

Ohhh my god!!! That is me and my husband all day!! We get so tired of having headsets. We even tried so many types! I thought it was because we both have small ears but now I see it’s not just us!!😂. Please let me know so I can donate mines to the cause!!!

I was under the impression this would only apply to anyone that had applied through NVC after November 3rd (when it becomes final) regardless of when your interview date is ???

Omg all this is so confusing. I’ve seen people talking about getting their spouses health insurance now when they are not even here yet. Sorry, I am not wasting money on something that can’t humanly be utilized. 🤯

I am so confused by it but I do not blame you.  I am only getting my husbands during open enrollment.  I am not going to do anything extra!! I can’t I am too frustrated with the process to add more expenses to think about.  😤🤯😞

Hi everyone, I need some help. My case was reviewed a few days ago by NVC and my wife's proof of domicile was rejected. I already deleted it in the system to prepare a new one to replace. However, today our daughter's case, related to mine, in which we submitted same documentation, received the email with DQ. What do you guys suggest? I put it back in place, do nothing, or submit a new one? They can schedule the interview just for her,
regardless of the situation in my case?
Tks a lot for any help!

Not sure if this had been asked before but does the nvc email your case number automatically given the information from your I-130 or do you have to call and update that information so that when they generate your case number you can be emailed instead of waiting on regular post?

You can call and ask , I didn’t receive an email or mail , I called the NVC and the rep gave me my case number
