Day 176... will this be the week for EAD

My husband has a pending job offer... do you guys think it would be a good idea to request an expedited approval based on this, or would it be more likely to mess something up/set us back at this stage?

01/22/2018: Filed I-129F

10/11/2018: K-1 Interview (Guangzhou, China) -- approved at last!

02/14/2019: POE

02/21/2019: We're married, baby!

03/29/2019: Filed for AOS, EAD, and AP

02/07/2022: Filed for ROC

12/13/2022: Filed N400

Okay so I got an update card mailed to me... it still does not provide a tracking number for the EAD? I even tried calling customer service for USCIS and they said it doesn’t have a tracking number? Please help!

The tracking number for the EAD should be on the egov.uscis.gov site right under the "Card was mailed to you" title. Isn't it there??

Oooo I know why. You’ll get the tracking number when the usps pick it up!!! You’ll get an update today or tomorrow with the note that “usps picked up your card” or something like that and that will include the tracking number.

Yes I would call USCIS and speak to tier two and ask about expediting. I don’t see how it could hurt anything to be honest.

We did expedite and never heard anything and then we approved for EAD and AP like a week later. ( I called and spoke to a real person)
