  1. I had my I-751/N-400 combo interview last week. It was scheduled for 12.30 pm but there were so many people in the waiting room and everyone was waiting for hours. The officer called me and my spouse in at 2.45 pm but I heard there were people who waited over 3 hours. The officer started with the I-751 interview which was pretty quick and lasted for less than 10 minutes but he needed new evidence because we filed back in October 2021 (new bills, new lease, the latest tax return, etc). After he approved my I-751 case he escorted my spouse out and he started my N-400 interview. He started with civics. He asked 1) Who's the vice president 2) Why do some states have more representatives than others 3) In what month do we vote for president? It was very quick and I don't remember the other 3. He made me read from the iPad "What is the capital of the United States" and I had to write down "Washington D. C. is the capital of the United States". After all this, he went through all the "yes and no" background questions. If you answered wrong for any of those questions when you filed your officer can correct it during the interview. After this, he approved my N-400, congratulated me, handed me the approval paper, and told me he'd schedule my oath ceremony in a few weeks. This morning I saw an update online that my Oath Ceremony letter was mailed to me and my oath will be at the end of May at the San Antonio Courthouse. Any news about your interview date?
  2. Hello there! Finally got the "Interview was scheduled" notice online yesterday for the end of April. We should receive the notice via mail too in about a week, I guess. Field office is San Antonio, Tx, and filed on October 30th.
  3. We're at the San Antonio FO as well, and applied on the 30th with a pending I-751. Got an email that the I-751 got transferred to a new jurisdiction. Hopefully it's going to be a smooth and faster process.
  4. Are you still waiting on your interview? I'm really curious since I don't see too many San Antonio filer on the other threads.

  6. Hello beautiful people! We're finally at the finish line, filed the N-400 form on October 29 night under the 3 year rule with a pending I-751 SRC service. Citizenship Timeline: Local office: San Antonio, Texas 10 - 29 - 2022 Filed online; case received 10 - 30 - 2022 NOA 1 received & Biometric Reused 10 -30 - 2022 Case being actively reviewed by USCIS Good luck everyone!
  7. Hi Thomas! Thanks for the reply. I do check the previous forums as well every once in a while but we need to keep in mind that only very few percent of people are active in these forums. For example, I have a co-worker and he filed his ROC just about a month ahead of me and he got approved back in May but he's not active on any forums. Also, sometimes people who are reading these forums don't post anything at all just stay being readers. We can't calculate any timelines according to visajourney posts. Anyway, I wish a fast and smooth process to every filers! 🙂
  8. Hi fellow November 2021 filers! Any approvals here? There have been only cricket sounds from SRC since this January when they sent the biometrics letter. We’re planning to file the N400 at the end of October but I read on the March thread that someone got the N400 interview but it was not a combo interview so the officer couldn’t approve the naturalization which is so weird. It seems they got the oath ceremony appointment but still no words about the ROC so it’s a bit confusing. This past year didn’t bother me too much because I knew that the ROC won’t be approved before naturalization but the sooner we get close to the filing date for the N400 I’m getting more anxious.
  9. SRC filer here. Our processing time jumped from 6-9 months to 10,5 months and I heard nothing since January 19 when they waived the fingerprints. I'm busy with work and I'm not going to be surprised if the 10 year green card won't come before I can apply to the Naturalization in October but deep down there I kinda hoped that I'll be able to hold it at least once in my hand before I become a citizen.
