Rapidvisa experiences - worth it or not?

I am wondering how long it took other people for their k1 fiancee visa to officially begin the filing process once received by rapidvisa??

My fiancee and I cannot send off our packet to rapid visa until later in the month when we have all our documentation..... and so I am wondering, once it finally gets to rapdivisa how long did it take to be filed with the USCIS with receipt it has begun???? thanks xx

Using RapidVisa results in a few weeks added delay. It's recommended to not use a third party and mail the packet directly to the USCIS Lockbox.

I am on a payment plan with rapid visa so they can help me and my fiancee with my k1 petition. we both get easily overwhelmed and stressed out so we feel using them is a good idea as we knew someone who used it and had a great experience. we have not sent off our petition yet as we require more documentation and luckily they have actually helped prompt us to get more information to ensure we dont have our packet sent back to us and time wasted etc so i feel they are invaluable even if more expensive,

can you please tell me if you used rapid visa and have had a smooth good experience this far or not???

i want to know if they are truly helpful or a rip off

Hopefully they will not mess up your case.

How often is impossible to tell, we only tend to hear about the ones they do.

This is a DIY website so a lot of people will tell you that doing the reading and putting together the application yourself will be worth it because you will save money and will be in control of your application. Personally I preferred to do the reading instead of paying someone, but each to their own. You've already paid them and started the process so there's no turning back. Good luck.

I-129 is pretty simple to do. Check a guide and you are good to go. Save your money for the $535 fee for i-129 and later youll need almost $1300 for aos. This will hopefully not turn out like most of the "i hired an expert and they forgot something" complaints that are all too common. You will do all the work and they will get paid to drop it off in the mail. Its like getting free money.

i feel they make sure you have everything you need hey. if i didnt use them i wouldnt have known i needed certain things and we would have sent off our visa only to have it returned so so far they have saved us time so i may stick with it

If you are on their payment plan, you are committed.....if I read their refund policy correctly....so I would just carry on with them......good luck......

Why do you need rapid visa when you are a member of this site? Imo most staffs of rapid visa come here to get info too, rapid visa is made up of persons like you and I and you will do most of the work and not them. You will spend more money and waste more time with them. 99% of people here will tell you to diy. Just forget about the $200 and file everything yourself, if you need any info, this site always has people online 24/7 to help with advice. Good luck.
