Wow that is really close, I will follow your page to see your progress and you can follow mine as well. But I posted VisaJourney's prediction below:

Based on timeline data, your I130 may be adjudicated between May 17, 2020 and July 7, 2020*.

Not sure how accurate this is.

Well..the fact that you filed your I-129F on time means that  you can receive an adjudication on your case at any moment. Everyone so far in this thread that has submitted a I-129F, gets a notice of action anywhere between 21 days - 82 days. Those two dates are extremes, on average it's been 40-50 days for most. I think this process has gone beyond mere conjecture - there are many cases that attest to these timeframes. I haven't seen anyone with a pending K3 application past 82 days - however, let me know otherwise.

WOW!!! You have given me new hope that this process will not be dragged out unnecessarily. I just checked the processing time for the I-130 and it has gone from working on cases in July 2018 to now June 2018. Also now it has changed from 12.5 - 15 months processing time to 12.5 Months to 16 Months. I think I am going to stop using that sight, it does not appear to be very accurate.

I would refrain from making any plans based on how they're processing the K3 applications, as it is not an official USCIS processing method. This is only unique to Nebraska Service Center (and maybe Texas), so no one is certain on how much longer they'll continue to process these applications like this. Expect the worst, hope for the best.

It has been 95 days since I-130 filing and 42 days since K3 filing. I received NOA1 for both in less than a week. No updates since then.

Day 389 here....still nothing and didn't file K3 because when I first heard about it in July I thought it was too late to file, thinking we'd hear soon enough without it. I am so mad at myself for not filing but oh well, I shouldn't have to file something for them to approve the i-130...it's their bad system.

I did submit an inquest with my Representative in July and I spoke with the case worker today. She told me that my petition is with an officer and that if we don't hear anything in three days that she will call back but that's also what she told me two weeks ago. This process feels endless..when we applied over a year ago the estimated processing time was 5-7 months...now it has doubled. It's truly unfair.

I agree, the processing times keep fluctuating and I am not sure if the website is even accurate anymore.

I totally agree with what you said...I understand that they might have overwhelming workload but they really need to upgrade their digital system and find out an efficient way to deal with cases. Not only that the system is obsolete, unfair but also inhumane. In Canada, applicants can accompany their spouse and they can legally work here while their cases are pending...

I'm truely sorry for your waiting. Don't give up hope, we're almost there

I gotta say ACH payments are the worse. The state dept needs to wake up in the future and accept credit card payments. (I love earning points could have potentially been 1200ish points for travel)

01/29/2019 - Received by Phoenix Lockbox
