How long did it take you before you got your NOA2 letter. It looks like you started this process back last year. Is Nebraska really that slow. My husband and I also got Nebraska. We started in May and we have only recieved our NOA1. I wish you both the best of luck.

Congrats!🙌🙌

Hey friend, I thought they have approved your case. Did they RFE after the approval?
blank avatar Patricia Owuh on 2019-10-09 said:
We only have our NOA1 letter. I am filing the I-129f. And pray things start moving. I miss my husband crazily!

Same here, I haven't seen my husband for half year. Once you get the RFE, mail it asap. I assume even without i-129f, you should get approval soon after they have received your evidence

Hi LY&J we haven't got any approval yet.. Our case got a RFE after 376days of filling the i130.. It wasn't an easy waiting but am glad they finally touched our case.

Wow, I cannot believe it took a year before you got the RFE. That's crazy! I am so happy they finally touched your petition also. Best of luck going forward.
blank avatar LY&J on 2019-10-10 said:
@Patricia Owuh, RFE has increased this year, I waited a year to get RFE too. I randomly follow different I130 cases in a tracker app and the RFE rate is about 40%, which is crazy
blank avatar Patricia Owuh on 2019-10-10 said:
OMG, that is outrageous! I have several tracker apps on my phone and I hate checking them because our petition never moves. Case recieved is all it says. So depressing! Thank you for the info any way!
blank avatar LY&J on 2019-10-10 said:
Patricia Are you with an IOE number? I saw your pd was May this year, just wondering. IOE works differently and since it's new, it'd be harder to predict the wait time
blank avatar Patricia Owuh on 2019-10-11 said:
No I am not with an IOE number. I don't understand any of that. I am just here struggling like everyone else on here to be with the one they love.

This process is not for the weak I can tell you. This should be a happy time for all of us yet here we are fighting every way we know how just to get through it.

Hello! I saw on a post that you got denied, how did you get approved afterwards?
blank avatar Patricia Owuh on 2020-09-17 said:
Where did you see we got denied? We got approved and are at NVC just waiting for an interview date. The embassy hasn't opened yet. You may have me nixed up with someone else.

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
