No interview date yet. Hoping it won't be too much longer now

As for getting the old ones back, it looks like you have to file form G-884: https://www.uscis.gov/g-884

Apparently we only have 1 thing that we can send in as form of identification right now that is the foreign passport.

 

Might try to get state ID soon, do I also send in something of mine related?

Just checked the website and my case status changed from "Fingerprint review was completed" to this:

Update: I just received mail from mailbox for our interview. It will be next month November 14. Goodluck to everyone.

Applied AOS  with EAD and AP- 07/15/19

FO: Chicago

Noa1- 07/22/19

Biometrics- 08/13/19

Case is Ready to scheduled for interview 09/10/19

Interview was scheduled- 10/08/19

Received mail- 10/15/19

You should only send in birth certificate and its English translation.  Don't need any other identification.

This is SUPER helpful for me! We have been waiting for our status to change for three weeks now. I see others from the same office getting the notices after a couple of days to a week tops! I told myself to give it at least a month before getting nervous.

Oh, for that, I don't know what's required to be honest.  If they are asking for an ID, passport should be OK.  They should probably list some of the acceptable IDs.

Anyone had their interview without no joint bank account, no motgage or tax together. Interview at 18th of November

By the way, the "Tax transcript" docs should show the FEIE, so they ought to be able to interpret that.   Sure, your first 110k is tax exempt so your tax liability would be low, but they should still see the income.

Thank you. We sent off new documentation this week. How long did it take them to respond?

Ok, I'll try my best! Will follow up after submitting after getting the State issued ID as possible.
