Received the physical RFE email from USCIS. It was for my birth certificate and proof of current income for petitioning sponsor in I-864 form with pay stubs and employment verification letter.

In I-864, my wife is the primary sponsor and I listed myself as joint sponsor. Does  petitioning sponsor just mean her or both of us?

Hey June team!  For those of you who requested an expedite on your EAD - how long did it take to receive your request for info email from USCIS after you called them to make the initial request?  My husband was offered a job!! he called to request expedite on Wednesday.  They said up to 5 days -  just curious how long you all had to wait.  Thanks!

Hello!  it took 6 days for me to get the email asking for proof of the urgency to get the EAD, after I sent the docs, it took maybe 5 more days to be approved, in total, I called on 07/03 and they requested the documents to support my request on 07/09, and my card was being produced on 07/27, I got it in the mail on 08/03 ... it took almost a month because I took a week gathering my medical records and my job offer letter.

Crossing my fingers that your case is approved soon!

I just got my RFE today for my birth certificate. I didn't realise I needed a long one so I just ordered it from the UK. Does anyone know how long this will set me back?

Congrats to you all with the interviews already scheduled!!

This shouldn't set you back much at all, as long as you respond soon. I don't know how long they take to get through AOS RFE responses, but based on what I've seen on this forum it's not usually long. It's great news that they have been looking at your case.

Congrats to you all with the interviews already scheduled!!

I got the RFE letter on a Friday, I did have the long birth certificate at home so I got it translated by Monday and sent it that day, unfortunately USPS took more days to deliver it, and it was Friday morning, so basically it took me 8 days to get back to USCIS. By Wednesday the following week my status was changed saying that Evidence was received and 15 days later that my case is ready to have an interview scheduled.

It's great to hear progress for us June filers!

I received a RFE yesterday which I'm gutted about, but trying to think about the positives that at least they're working on my application :)

Hey people! Got this update a few days ago too!

It seems people started getting their cases updated pretty much at the same time!

When do you guys expect to start receiving your EAD cards?

Anybody here from Florida, Miami, buy the way?

I have no idea how quick or slow the local office is 🤷🏻‍♀️.

Hi! So happy for you. Can you tell us when did you send your package?

I sent mine on June 22nd, they received it on June 24th. I am just trying to see the pattern here. So far I can tell that people who filed late May - early/mid June are getting such updates.
