Timeline

New Card is being produced for EAD   :)  (150 days after recieved,  No Expedite). No update on the AP recip number tho, hope they come as a combo.

Interview was yesterday September 5, 2019 in Durham USCIS field Office.

New Card Is Being Produced

On September 5, 2019, we ordered your new card for Receipt Number MSCXXXXXXXXX, and will mail it to the address you gave us. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

April 24, 2019 - Text messages rcvd with case number (7 days of waiting from sending Forms I-485, I-786, and I-131)

April 29, 2019 - NOA1 received hard copy (12 days of waiting from sending Forms I-485, I-786, and I-131)

May 6, 2019 - ASC Appointment notice for fingerprints (20 days of waiting from sending forms)

May 13, 2019 - BioMetrics completed (27 Days after mailing of forms)

RFE 2019 - RFE was for translation copy of Beneficiary Birth Certificate.

Aug 01, 2019 - NOA for Form I485 (AOS)

Sep 5, 2019 - Interview @Durham USCIS

Sep 12, 2019 -  Receipt of Permanent Resident card (5 months from mailing of I-485)

If you get green card you don’t need EAD or AP.

You no longer care.   EAD and AP are interim benefits only and are valid only until you get your GC

Hello everyone,

 

its been 168 days since I have submitted my  i485 form and 93 days ago status changed to Case is ready to be scheduled for an interview after that I have not heard anything from them. How many days it will take more?? Is there any way to contact them or anyone has email address for uscis California.

From last 8 months I am jobless ohh god I can’t sway home anymore atleast they should have send me i765 card. Uscis please hurry up this process is killing us 

 

anyone know how to contact uscis in California please reply me back

What is your I-765 receipt date? It would help if you filled in your timeline so we can better understand where you're at.

My wife received her 2 year Green Card today in the mail  :D Less than 2 weeks after our interview.We went out to celebrate 🤗 :D :D We did not expect the process to go so quickly!!  Hope everyone else gets theirs soon!!! Praying for those still waiting 🙏🙏

The receipt date is the date printed on your I-765 NOA at the top middle. If that date has passed the USCIS Receipt Date for a Case Inquiry (see link below), then you can submit an inquiry by phone (1-800-375-5283) or online ( https://egov.uscis.gov/e-request/Intro.do) for being outside normal processing time. The current Case Inquiry date for EAD is March 27, 2019 and goes up by one every day. Since you submitted March 27, you may be able to inquire soon assuming your receipt date is not too far behind.
