Hi guys,

My case changed to "Case is ready to be scheduled for an interview" On Aug 14, and I just got an email that says:

Notice was returned to USCIS because the post office could not deliver it.

Does anyone know what that notice would be?

Probably I-797 saying that my case is ready to be scheduled?

That one is odd. We never received a hard copy letter that the case was ready for interview. Just online/text/email notifications.

Is the AOS Case Status checker not working for anyone else? I type in my case number and get a blank screen back when I submit.

Same here. Maybe it’s down and also maybe cuz of Labor Day.

Also Is anyone here in this forum applied for AoS in Charlotte? My wife and I recently moved here and changed address with USCIS but our case has been pending since 12/2018. Wondering how fast processing it is for AoS in Charlotte cuz our last LFO processing was super slow.

I think we may have gotten EAD today. I see the envelope in the mail but USCIS case tracker is down. Will have to wait for the mail to be delivered at 4 tonight.

Most of the questions they asked was from our K1 and AOS file. They have everything you ever submit to then in front of them. Asked a few personal questions, like “if we plan to have any kids”,and about the beginning to how we met to where we are now. It was a easy interview. Oh and questions about our past marriages and relationships.

Hello all,

My wife just received a "courtesy letter to applicant" which stated that a completed and signed I-693 was not submitted.  I had planned to do it when we got closer to the interview to ensure that it wasn't outdated information. I assume this means they are working on my case and our interview is coming?  Case status has not changed on anything yet.
