Hi. Would just like to ask how long does it take from the receipt of i797 for you to receive a biometric appointment (if needed)?i mean the average days for march filers. Thank you

noa received: 3/11

Processing center is the national benefits center (MSC) and we filed the application on 3/11 and NOA received 3/18

Good morning fellas 

 

I sent out my docs on March 13th and yesterday recieved my Biometric letter and my 18 month green card extention letter.

 

has anyone recieved those yet too? Dose it mean that they are processing it fast enough?

Hi ! My window was open March 21st and i sent my application on March 28th. My package was delivered and picked up today.. Good luck to everyone!

My wife's was delivered/picked up today, too!!!  Good Luck!!

August 7, 2022: Wife filed N-400 Online under 5 year rule.

November 10, 2022: Received "Interview is scheduled" letter.

December 12, 2022:  Received email from Dallas office informing me (spouse) to be there for combo interview.

December 14, 2022: Combo Interview for I-751 and N-400 Conducted.

January 26, 2023: Wife's Oath Ceremony completed at the Plano Event Center, Plano, Texas!!!😁

February 6, 2023: Wife's Passport Application submitted in Dallas, Texas.

March 21, 2023:   Wife's Passport Delivered!!!!

May 15, 2023 (about):  Naturalization Certificate returned from Passport agency!!

 

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

Awesome!

We mailed ours 2 day priority mail on Monday. It still sitting at the USPS distribution center in TX. Idk what’s going on. Very frustrating.  Our window opened in late February but we had to wait to send it off.

Awesome! I didnt think they would pick it up on the weekends.. I used credit card for the fee hopefully it works out with no issues :) cant help but overthink when it comes to USCIS lol

Hi guys, there is still no biometric letter for me since we got the NOA1 two weeks ago. my case begins with letter"WAC". I don't know why. Maybe i need  more time to wait.

Hey Mrath5 ,

 

my case has MSC too, what does it mean? 

 

Can we assume we are going to interview anytime soon? 

 

I sent my docs march 13th, recieved my extention letter and bio two days ago. 

 

I do not have any clue why I do not have WAC ?
