Uscis cashed my check. I am seeing it being reflected in my bank account.

[Day 36 ] November 9 - Biometric Appointment

[Day 37 ] November 10 - Status changed to "Request for Initial evidence was mailed"

[Day 41 ] November 14 - Received RFIE notice

[Day 44 ] November 17 - Mailed off Response

[Day 47 ] November 21 - Status Changed to ''Response to USCIS request for evidence was received'

[Day 57 ] December 01 - Status changed to "Request for Initial evidence was mailed"

[Day 61 ] November 05 - Received RFIE notice

[Day 68 ] December 07 - Mailed off Response

I-765

[Day 1 ] October 4 - Status "Case was received"

[Day 1/57] December 01 - Form I-765 will be processed within 90 days of the receipt of the requested evidence :cry:

My status finally was updated to “new card is being produced”. I filed on March 3,2019!

Got a text message this morning that there was a case update .. status changed to "Card is Being Produced"   Our case was at LIN (Nebraska).   -David

I just checked the status and guess what, approved!! I filed on March 29 and my service center was LIN. Approved with no interview or RFE.

Question: do we need to send the evidence as if my husband (USC) is submitting it? In the cover letter with Happy Chic it makes it sound like John Doe is filing on behalf, but it was I (resident alien) that had to fill in the majority of the form, no?

For an I-751, the immigrant is the petitioner........However, the US citizen spouse can write and sign the cover letter.  That shows involvement in the JOINT petition.  I plan to write and sign the cover letter for my wife's removal of conditions, too.

August 7, 2022: Wife filed N-400 Online under 5 year rule.

November 10, 2022: Received "Interview is scheduled" letter.

December 12, 2022:  Received email from Dallas office informing me (spouse) to be there for combo interview.

December 14, 2022: Combo Interview for I-751 and N-400 Conducted.

January 26, 2023: Wife's Oath Ceremony completed at the Plano Event Center, Plano, Texas!!!😁

February 6, 2023: Wife's Passport Application submitted in Dallas, Texas.

March 21, 2023:   Wife's Passport Delivered!!!!

May 15, 2023 (about):  Naturalization Certificate returned from Passport agency!!

 

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

Get a laser printer. Ink printers are a SCAM.

How are people sending their docs? I've got a 1 inch binder and am slotting the copies into those plastic sheet things, but for all our bank statements, am I cool to paperclip them all together in one of the plastic sheet holders? Else the whole file will be about 200 pages long. Same for copies of utility bills and so on.

I remember you from k1 filing lol .i cant post a pic . Keep clips to a minimum and jyst stack all together with a rubberband

I also got a letter today it’s the noa (notice type: receipt notice - amount received: $680.00 U.S.) says “your conditional resident status is extended for 18 months from the expiration date on your form I-551, permanent resident card”

Similar situation—we got a text with a receipt number on 3/21/19 but our case hasn't shown up yet online and we haven't received the NOA in the mail yet either. We're WAC.

 

We're considering calling our local office (which doesn't accept InfoPass sessions) since the green card expired Sunday.

I haven't tried calling local office for my issue,but i did call USCIS helpline when I didn't receive NOA.

 

You can call them and check whether your NOA has been mailed. If it has not been mailed, you can ask them for INFOPASS appointment if you have emergency which requires your NOA very soon.

 01/11/2019  Package delivered to USCIS office

01/16/2019  Received text message with service center as SRC

01/17/2019  Status on https://myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov/ as accepted. Check submitted electronically to my bank. Not cashed yet.

01/18/2019  Check cashed electronically. 

02/07/2019  Called USCIS regarding non delivery of receipt . They asked me to call back after 30 days have expired since delivery

02/11/2019  Called USCIS again regarding non delivery of receipt. Mentioned that license will expire along with greencard on 02/28.

                        The lady filed a request on my behalf so i could schedule infopass.

                        I separately also filed e-request(https://egov.uscis.gov/e-request/displayNDNForm.do?entryPoint=init&sroPageType=ndn) 

                        by choosing I-751 and other option , before calling USCIS just in case.

02/13/2019 Got callback from USCIS that infopass cannot be scheduled,but they will mail

                       a duplicate notice.

11/08/2019 Biometrics got completed

03/24/2020 Case status got changed to card being produced
