I know my case is not at Texas but I’m still hoping to get approval soon. Being away this long from my husband is the worst feeling ever. My prayers goes to we all February fillers🤞

Hi all, after seven months of Nebraska hell... my I-130 was approved last week! I took a chance and filed the K3/I-129f last month and the I-130 was approved in less than a month. There has been much discussion of this over in the Nebraska forum, and it is not a sure thing, but it worked for me! My spouse is now much, much closer to getting the green card. If you haven't looked into the K3, fellow Nebraska sufferers, give it some thought. It works. There is no cost to add a I-129f on to your I-130, so why the heck not? It has probably saved us 7-9 months!

When did you submit your I-129f? Mine is 7/31, trying to get more of an idea of when I should expect to hear

My I-129f notice date is 7/11 and received date 7/5. Most people seem to be getting a response around one month after submitting.

The wait is almost over for our TSC I-130 friends.  I just recieved NOA2 approvals for both  my wife and stepdaughter.

Did you send in your application on the 15th or receive the NOA-1 on the 15th of feb? Cause we sent our application on the same day and haven't heard anything yet

So Potomac is about 3-4 months, Texas 6-8 months and Nebraska about 12-14 months?

Both actually. We overnighted it and it was received on 2/15. Oddly, our NOA1 was also dated 2/15. Guess they worked on it the same day.

I knew Potomac was fast but that's a crazy discrepancy still with Texas. Have you considered the I-129F loophole? Debating it myself or just waiting the extra 6 months since I'd likely wait till summer to move anyways.

Yes, but withdrew it when we applied for spousal. We received acknowledgement of withdrawal in may.
