I would disagree, if you look through the forums there are people who got “card being produced” after transfer to NBC and also those who got transferred to their local office and then got approved without interview. What makes you say it is rare?

The NBC forum and the excel spreadsheet say otherwise.

I cannot find one case in the spreadsheet that was approved without an interview.  https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1Id1duRRByZHJmhEzl9N25GqwzcnUyLCR4e4N9W6zGLg/edit#gid=969170919

You can also look through the pages of the NBC forum.  I'm pretty sure you'll find a very small number approved without an interview (through NBC).

But again, I may be wrong.

Hello, we have WAC too and there have been no updates on our case since the biometric appt. My hubby went ahead and filed his N400 last month after his window opened in January. Still no updates on the I-751 case though. 🙁

In following the trends over the past year, CR-1s who have not been interviewed by USCIS before will have interviews scheduled for their ROCs if they filed after Dec 2018. Many MSC application numbers are CR-1, but not all.

Correct.  It seems that way.

I have not had an interview with USCIS so far and since I applied for I-751 in February 2019, most probably the following applies:

Can you please share the trends that you have been following so we have more accurate figures?  It seems that the NBC spreadsheet and forum do not reflect those trends.

Online status change to say interview will be scheduled. Oh god I don't know how long this mess will take to resolve.

What did it say before?

I-130 (for parents of US Citizens):

8/19/2022: NOA (IOE0917XXXXXX); Texas Service Center

7/22/2023: Both (parents) petitions approved

7/27/2023: Both cases sent to NVC

8/8/2023: Received NVC welcome email for both parents

Do you guys know if interviews have been put on hold due to the coronavirus situation? Are they still working as usual???

thanks!

I think we are in for a LONG, LONG wait my friend. Normally I would get angry, but in times like these, you gotta have some perspective. I am thankful to be alive and healthy.
