Financial abuse is very real. What are her choices if he is withholding money to buy her a plane ticket home, or if he is refusing to help support her financially knowing full well she will be an undocumented immigrant with no way to help herself?

Le sigh - yes I know financial abuse is very really - that wasn’t my point.

His previous thread said he was giving her a flight home, money to get set up again etc but he offered her to give it another go even though he admitted it probably wouldn’t work and she said yes. It hasn’t worked out but he is now being a coward and looking for a way to have his cake and eat it.

Clearly he's the kind of person who wants to escape any sense of responsibility when HE is the one who put her in this situation.

OP's Fiancee got her K-1 in November. Not sure when she arrived , but looks like very soon 90 days should be over and she will start acquiring an unlawful presence if she doesn't go back.

I wish she signed up for VJ and could go through all OP's posts and threads - "I-864 Hope often is it enforced", "Prenup before arrival" and etc - every next thread/post is more 'promising" than previous one... :(

And Op.. Dude,   why is it still  Columbia?...  Everybody knows she is from Ukraine.

Can't get rid of an impression she has no idea what exactly is going on and got some kind of blindsided.

This is the 2nd woman you've done this to....at least with the 1st one, you withdrew the petition before she actually set foot in the US.

Not sure why you've prolonged the second time around?

I wanted to have that as a reaction at the bottom of posts, confused doesn’t always cover it.

Oh yes I noticed that too since he mentions a "previous girlfriend" (who is also here illegally and has been and continues to be at risk of deportation unless she managed to gain status, but that is unlikely). OP obviously learned nothing from that experience.

Not that woman, another one referenced in an earlier thread whom he filed a K1 for but then withdrew the petition and then met this new one soon after (or while in the 1st relationship)..doubtful the same woman as the "illegal GF" it since he did end up filing the withdrawal:

Yes, I remember the thread very well. I was not disagreeing with you, only pointing out that yes, it is becoming abusive in a way. And maybe you took "buy her a ticket home" too literally; it was just a quick way to say to get her the heck out of here, as everyone suggested a millions times before, in this post and the previous. You also literally upvoted the same comment when aaron2020 said it. No need to be rude, I'm not the OP :)
