I did actually and it was really strange. When I tracked the package on DHL it only showed 2 going to South Korea but on the similar timelines, there are 3 others (not the same couples) that show their packages went out the same time as ours.

It's not a science. The hack for DHL is buyer beware. Your mileage may vary. etc. etc.

Has anyone else ever gotten this random email from USCIS? I just got it this morning. I didn’t email them or anything. They just sent it kinda out of the blue. So strange

So weird. Is your case at local embassy as well? I didn’t think jack’s had much involvement once the case moved past nvc and onto embassy stage. Glad to see I’m not the only one getting this! Ahaha

Here is a list of things to do that will help you along the way. When you get your P3 letter then combine that with this information.

I wish I could give you a P3 letter as I normally have them for most embassy's but I don't have one for Singapore. If you get one can you share it with me so I can share with others. Just PM me here on VJ. If you don't have a P3 by the end of the week I would email or call the Embassy.

sure i will share w you the latest packet3 once i receive it. really want to help out others especially for applicants in singapore. btw, this morning the ceac status changed to “ready”! yay! i expect to receive mail on this coming Monday :)

Hi guys, I know the answers are in this forum and I’m being annoying by asking. But I’m having a slight panic. I have all case numbers etc. and CEAC site says “ready”. How am I going to be notified by the US consulate? By email or by post? On my initial petition the postal address is now wrong. I’m panicked they’re going to post a letter that will never get to me so am hoping it is via email! What am I waiting for? Can I book my medical or do I need this notification? My NOA2 is December 11. I feel like I’m being thick but I’m getting jittery which is not helping me to think straight haha.

Hi,

My NoA2 is December 11 as well and on ceac it says "ready" since January 28th but my fiance or I haven't received any communication from the embassy yet.

What I have understood from my research is that the US petitioner receives an email from the embassy (packet 3 email) stating that the case is ready for interview. The email states what the petitioner and the beneficiary has to do for the interview. It mentions the process and the documents that wud be required for the interview.

I guess on ceac website the date get updated three times. Mine has already happened thrice and I am expecting an email to my fiance from the embassy sometime in the coming week. Once your case is received by the embassy, they start working on it. Every embassy has their way of completing the process. Some embassies are very busy so it takes time. I wud just wait for the embassy to contact us and follow their process rather than doing things beforehand cause we all are very impatient and wanna save time but it doesn't work all the time. It may backfire and we might end up delaying our own process and waste time and money. I wud just suggest to wait for a week and see. With regards to change of address, u can drop an email to your embassy, call the customer care, or have an online chat with them. They respond and are very helpful. All the best. :)

Hello! Our case status is "Ready" just today but we still haven't received an e-mail from NVC to get the medical 😅 Has anyone received theirs?

If u see the ready status on ceac then give approximately 10 days for your embassy to work on ur case. U will see the dates updated two more times on ceac. The embassy will send the email to the US petitioner stating what to do next so just wait till u receive ur email. In the meantime, u can get the PCC from the embassies and fill the DS-160 form if u haven't done it yet. :)

I read your status @Davi+Inna and @stevenInBoston and I want so badly to be in your shoose! Next tuesday I have my medical exam appointment, still have no interview date, for Argentinians we need to send packet 3 first. I'm so stressed out now we're almost getting to the final steps and get the resolution of our case, I miss my fiance so much, hope we'll be able to experience the joy you feel right now. Any advice for us to survive this last month or weeks apart?

Congratulations!! and always remember today when you feel blue or have an argument, this worth everything, is real love. Good luck and enjoy every second together ❤
