oh nooo! that sucks. what the heck, 22 Jan 11:55pm? we havent even made it to then. I suggest you call and speak to a level 2 and find out what it is for so you can start preparing. Make it a quick turnaround!

That's not for me. It says a 'similar ' case to mine...an 8/19 NOA1 will receive an RFE this week.

Yeah, I noticed the time discrepancy too.

Oh yea I totally missed that, I thought it was yours. I live in fear of an RFE right now. We're at 154 days right now, about to hit our VJ estimate date, so I'm getting nervous. still no word at all on anything.

I just signed up for the informed delivery and made a timeline. The timeline says I might hear back between feb 2 and the 11th! I hope it’s accurate!

Many of our answers are predicated on the information you supply in your profile. When we look at the left column and can't determine your timeline OR your Embassy it's hard for us to give you a factual answer. If you look at the profile of others here, they have a flag for their country, so it makes it easy for us to reply as we can quickly determine your Embassy. Our answers will sometimes be tailored to a specific Embassy hence the reason for you to complete your profile.

So, if you could help yourself out and complete your profile that sure would help us out when we want to reply to your question with factual information.

Go to the top right of this page select your name (it's on the upper right-hand corner)>my profile>[below your picture on the right column] edit my profile. Scroll to the bottom and fill in "Immigration Info". There now we can better serve you.

Thanks

Do we sign up on the USPS website.  Sorry for so many questions but I'm so new to all this stuff.

I notice that a lot of your questions have been answered and compiled with links, phone numbers and procedures in the phase you are in over in the January NOA2 to NVC. Link below. First post.

Are you from England? My fiancé is English and will be going to the London embassy if we get the approval.

I saw the "notice date" and was 99 percent sure it was noa2, but I was scared to say it and then it end up being an RFE. Congrats though in the event it's noa2 😊😊😊

Thank you !!

Well, I called USCIS and the woman on the phone said that I've been issued an RFE 😭😭😭😭😭😭

no updates to either website, emails, texts, nothing. I guess I should be received the letter hopefully this week.

Oh no!! 😰I'm worried I might be in the same boat as you (if I recall correctly you were the person who also had issues come up surrounding the petition payment like I did), I believe our dates are around the same as well (Aug 22 on old site for me)

I wouldn't worry. I had rfe issued January 14 got it 5 days later. Sending it express today and hoping to hear back within week or two. I'll probably still be within normal time range.
