@Kai!1  Many of our answers are predicated on the information you supply in your profile. When we look at the left column and can't determine your timeline OR your Embassy it's hard for us to give you a factual answer. USPS informed delivery for today has the image of NOA2 again...hoping IT DOES get delivered. I have been calling local USPS since tues... finally, yesterday someone picked up line only to place me on a 45:18 hold. I gave up. I called USCIS and Carmina said I had to wait 30 days from date of issuance/mailing (3/8) to request a resend.

We're still waiting for NOA2, no RFE either. Noa1 Aug 14.

Hey.. your USC needs to call USCIS...or congress asap. That name update message should have followed with an approval the next day. I read somewhere that a case was approved but the system did not send the NOA2. You guys need to call!!!.. well wishes to you!!

We were told Congress can't do anything while we're in normal processing times. My fiancee called USCIS and all they seemed to do was checking our status on uscis site, just like we do it 1000 times a day.

Congress can do something..it depends how you word it. You just tell them that the name was updated and you want to know the next step and they will get an update for you. I called and received help before on my case and it was in normal processing times...so just keep asking...going thru them would be much faster! And on the phone..go to the next level rep..dont look at the website...it may just come in the mail. Please try reaching out again...

Ya it is frustrating. I'm quite a stress-free person, I was strong as a rock as much as I remember myself, but this only thing, waiting for NOA2 made me cry like a little girl a few times now. So frustrating 😠

I believe an error was made and that you guys have an answer..but you cant give up at the 1st no.. search "name update" in the search bar here and you will see why im advising you...hang in there and keep us updated 💙

I just called USCIS, same old story. Was told there's nothing wrong with my case and that I'm still within the normal processing time.
