Based on VJ timeline even though I know it's not accurate, my case should be adjudicated since august 1 til August 7. So yes let's see what this week would bring. Stay strong  everyone!!!!

We have the same dates! but my timeline says July 31-August 4.. Hoping to get our approval this week!

Btw, I just got a work offer from an American company which I can do remotely, but the recruiter is from UK. I know once I move there, I can't work til I get my EAD/AP. So should I work with them until my moving day and then tell them I can't work once I'm in the US so my job will be left undone? I can't pass this opportunity

So.  Does USCIS only update their system  first thing in the morning, or has anyone seen random approvals during other times of the day?

I haven’t  seen approvals mid afternoon/evening. As far as VJ’ers post I usually see them stating they received an email like 6:30amEST and here recently people have just been checking the new website periodically....so who knows??!!! If someone has a more “defentitive” answer please share😅

 

I will admit I have been checking the new site throughout the day today with no status changes, and CSC still shows at this moment 7:18CST that they are processing 1/8/18 cases....

Yeah I'm gonna try calling again on Wednesday since tomorrow my fiancee will be busy during the day again.

 

My heart was racing as I called thinking the officer was gonna give me a spiel and why he won't transfer me to any. And the exact opposite happened. When I told him what I was inquiring about he said he didnt have the information I wanted but that he was happy to transfer me another department that might, and even asked if there was anything he could help me out with. Idk, I just thought the guy was super nice and melo.

Omg, I feel you! I get so many texts from USCIS... the one-time password to login to the site 😂  I CHECK AT LEAST EVERY HOUR!! I’m hoping for a miracle, y’know? Lol

I really don't undestand why there are approvals of the first 2 weeks of february and we are still waiting..

im also over 200+ days

It’s how it goes, as frustrating as it is. They always move on to the next month without completely clearing the precious. It’s why there are still people from November/December still waiting.
