Just courier it out last Friday! Waiting period begin. 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 Anyone fill up all the form using their married name? I did that and just provide SSN as a proof for that. Hopefully it will be fine!

11/30/2017 - EAD/AP Approved
12/01/2017 - Card in Production
12/05/2017 - Received Approval Notice in the Mail

Hi all happy to join this wonderful July  forum , my month! DOB July 7th.Got married June 7th, sent my AOS package July 10th via USPS and will be received in 2 days time. The long wait begins once again.God help us all.

Yes I did!

I think technically if you plan to change your name, you should do your AOS in your married name
There is a place in there to put in a maiden name so am sure it's fine!

Hey,  nice to see all the old July i-129 filers here 😁

I got married 6/16 Just getting paper work ready for the AOS/EAD/AP. 

Looks like we are gonna be exactly 1 year from filing the i-129.

Hello! I hope that everyone is adjusting into the u.s nicely! I'm currently working on my AOS package. 

 

I just want to clarify what everyone put down for #20 on I-765, would it be (a)(6) or (c)(9)? Any help would be much appreciated!
