POE Review: CDN-USA Border Event Description Entry Date : 2018-06-02 Embassy Review : My experience entering the border was very pleasant. The officer going through my paperwork was very polite and had a sense of humour. He joked with my parents saying "so you like this guy she's going to marry? Because I could always deny her entry". In total I was with the officer about 30 minutes. He confirmed a few details with me and went through my paperwork. I had a uhaul full of furniture/clothes/my life packed up into boxes, he didn't go through the uhaul but did ask what was in there. I also brought my dog, so he looked through his vaccine record. He let me know I must be married within 90 days and sent me in my way!
