She expires the 19th. We shipped the package via FedEx but missed last nights cut off. So, the package will arrive CSC tomorrow, the 20th or 89th day until expiration. Easy peezy :)

You might be checking it as "July 19 - Aug 19 - Sept 19 - Oct 19" when in reality you need to check 90 days prior to your expiration date....as @John&Maria suggested. Your earliest filing date is July 22, 2018 (Saturday, I know).

California center is taking exactly 14 days to process and issue an NOA so you should be looking at 07/28 for the check to be cashed.

Hi VJ Family,

The attorney has put together the package and it is being mailed Monday, July 21st. It will be sent to CSC  .

In addition to the I-751, G-28 forms, and copy of green card, we are including the following in the package:

1)      Check  for filing and biometric fees

2)      Florida License (me), Florida Identification (spouse) – Spouse doesn’t have a drivers license, provided to show the same address

3)      Simple Registry – Gifts Received from Wedding and couple of wedding cards

4)      Leases

          a.       Renewal (2018-19)

          b.       2017-18 first joint lease

          c.       2016-17  Spouse shown as occupant because the landlord would not put him as equal co-lessee without a social security number, which he did not have at that time

5)     Various dated documents over the past 2 years showing spouse's address, same as mine and what is shown on Florida ID card

6)     Photos – Thirty (30) different photos in chronological order. A separate document provided to describe each photo

7)    Holiday Card – Christmas 2017

8)    Cruise documents, including boarding passes and photo

9)     Receipt from a hotel stay at Miccosukee Hotel during Hurricane Irma

10)   Care Credit, in spouse’s name, with a credit line of $5,500, which is in lieu of health insurance. It can be used to pay medical expenses. In addition, We have open, available lines of credit totaling $42,000.

11)   Retirement  beneficiary designation

12)   Southwest airlines boarding pass from spouse's' trip with me to San Antonio

13)   IRS Tax Transcripts – 2017 and 2016 showing joint filing

14)   Bank of America Statements – Joint account

15)   USAA Bank Statements – Joint account

16)   American Express Statements – Spouse is an additional authorized user on account

17)   GEICO Insurance Cards – shows spouse’s name with mine – even though he is not a licensed driver, GEICO requires his name to be on the insurance as he is the spouse and in household

18)   Life Insurance Coverage – Proof of Beneficiary also shows that I have Dependent Coverage on spouse through my employment

Hoping that the evidence provided is sufficient.

Looking forward to following everyone's progress. We are all in this together.

Best to everyone.

Phil

Funny how things change. I remember feeling lucky when our K1 went to California because it was faster than all the other processing centers.

My wife's 751 was sent overnight on 7/12/2018

UPS shows it being delivered on 7/13/2018 (my wife's green card expired two days later, on 7/12/2018)*

My bank still shows no sign of the check being cashed, so I'm hoping that will happen sometime by the end of next week, and shortly thereafter we'll get the NOA letter.

*it wasn't our intention to wait until the last minute to take care of this, but things happened that we couldnt control, and here we are.
