hi guys,

I am still working on getting all the documents together.  I called Office Max, Fedex,  they all seem not familiar with the ACCO fastners.

where did you guys go to get the documents punched with 2 holes?

I used a hole punch that I had at home. I adjusted it to have 2.75" spacing between holes (it has adjustable hole spacing and can also punch three holes if required).

Good evening

Hi everyone  how are you guys doing I just have one question what kind of folders you guys used to put your papers to send to immigration

I don't believe you need to put your papers in any folders as the USCIS will disassemble the package and use their own filing system. That's why they request that stick on tabs are put at the bottom for ease of filing.

It might help to have them in folders to protect them during transit though, depending on how well it is packaged.

We also have a Chase Freedom card and both of our names are on all the statements. I'm not sure if you need to update the contact/ mailing address information at Chase for that to happen (it's so long since we took out our Chase Account).

However, if you have the same account number on both of your cards, you can include copies of both cards with the statements showing that your two names are linked to the same account. Mention this in the cover letter just for extra clarity.

Thank you. This is so bizarre. Chase rep told me there's no way to provide me with a document listing the authorized user information.

I then called the credit card support directly; hopefully then can send me something.

I don't have both names on the statements so I included copies of both our cards showing the same card number to show that the second one is an authorized user. Yeah I wish Chase had some document showing the secondary card users that we could download.

Hi all. I just sent out the packet for removal of conditions. My card expires next Thursday.
I filed with a divorce waiver. We do have minor US citizen kids of whom I have full custody of.

Because of his unwillingness to work and his drug abuse and mental problems here is what I sent:

Copy of joint bank account where we both deposited our checks (for however long he worked)

Final divorce

Proof that collection agency was after ME for HIS debts.

His medical history including drug abuse report and marriage therapy proof

Affidavit from his parents endorsing me and supporting me in every way

Copy of receipt of his dad paying for my college course so I could get a better job to support the kids

Affidavit from my 1st husband, acknowledging my US ex husband as my husband and endorsing immigration of our kids with him.

Joint federal returns and taxes filed showing return being deposited in joint account

Affidavit of support from my ex husband explaining the circumstances and admitting to cheating on me and attesting we went to marriage therapy

Explanation letter from me as to why we have so little financial co-mingling

Lease showing I have rented a house from his parents to live in but they are charging me very little rent because I don't make all that much

Copies of the green cards...

That's it really. Crossing fingers.

Hello, I'm getting prepared to send in my stuff but have a quick question. On the original I-751 form. In part 8, on the spouse section, do you put the US citizen's spouse name on the Acknowledgement of appointment at USCIS Application Support center space or do you leave it blank since they wont be supplying their fingerprints.  Please help. Thanks.

I did put my wife's name on it. As we required the signature in the latter part of the section.
