Are random e-mails and user defined errors trends for Jan filers? I have not had any of those so far. Did most January filers get some sort of notifications? My case still says fingerprint fee received and been stuck to last updated on Jan 26th. Just wondering

Hello

 

AOS is $1225: $1140 +$85 biometrics fee

Employment authorization EAD and Travel Document AP are free when you file at the same time with AOS

According to USCIS website: https://egov.uscis.gov/processing-times/

EAD/AP combo card take between 2.5 and 5 months but most people get in between 4 and 6 months now.

My interview notice date was issued on march 15th. My case status didn’t get updated. I got my mail 2 weeks later. Hang in there. It might be on its way.

Nope. I didnt expedite my AOS + EAD+ AP applications

for your AOS you also did experience an error while checking your case status online? 

As for my case it’s been almost 3 weeks that im having the error “user define error”.

i did call uscis but they told me to wait for 15 days more before i can file for a report.

I have no error checking status. It just stays at “your case is ready to be schedule or interview” since Feb 8th

Oh wow, I am amazed by the USCIS, you filed in Jan, and have already gotten the interview date. We filed in July 2017, responded to RFE by Jan 26 which is your biometric date, yet we have not received any interview dates. It is just so crazy how fast you have gotten yours! Our local office will be in PHX too since we are in Yuma.

Some people said it depends on the local office on how fast you’re case is going to be processed. But i don’t believe that at all. Some people here have the same local office same filing month but one is processed way faster than the others. I am more incline to believe that uscis is cherry picking cases they want to processed faster.lol. Only quite a few people here inlcuding myself got their interview dates. It’s all about luck.

I partially agree. If we are talking about AP and EADs yes, I agree with you, but for i-485 I still think that it depends on your local office. AP/EADs are processed out of MO office (all of them) so....
