I haven't been able to focus on any of my adulting all week!! 

With USCIS working on july (we're july 21) in combination with a big cyclone passing over Mauritius (where my fiance is from), my school work has suffered this week!! I am very excited for NOA2 so my life can get back to normal <_<

I think I am more anxious now than I was with the long wait. 

I have the same feeling, more anxious than the long wait:lol: but at the same time it’s a great thing that we could see fiancée soon since so many July filers have been approved today, so be positive:jest:

I-485/765/131:

06/01/2018 - Sent AOS/EAD/AP through UPS, received NOA1 on 6/11. Received bio appointment on 6/15 and completed on scheduled date 6/29.

07/06/2018 - Submitted EAD expedite request with job offer, reason was financial loss. Received EAD/AP combo card on 08/04. AOS changed to 'Case is ready to be scheduled for an interview' on 7/24.

07/23/2019 - AOS interview was scheduled on 8/27. In the interview USCIS can't make decision because original K1 file got split up somewhere.

11/25/2019 - AOS got approved, received the actual card in mail on 12/2.

I-751:

09/05/2021 - Sent ROC through FedEx, delivered on 9/7, received message e-notification on 9/9 stated case was received, check is cashed on 9/10, NOA1 in mailbox on 9/13.

10/28/2021 - Fingerprints have been taken (Reuse).

01/17/2023 -  Case was transferred To Another Office

01/26/2023 - Case Was Approved

N-400:

08/28/2022 - Submitted N-400 online, NOA1 on 08/29/2022, with estimate time 10 months for decision. Biometrics is reused.

11/23/2022 - Interview was scheduled on 1/11/2023, it was a combo interview for I751/N400. Both cases were verbally approved. System hasn't been updated yet. 

01/26/2023 - Form N-400 recommended to be approved --> Oath Ceremony Will Be Scheduled

02/06/2023 -  Oath Ceremony Notice Was Mailed, Oath on 2/22

02/22/2023 - Oath Ceremony, applied passport the same day, with estimated receiving date in middle of May. ALL DONE!!

Hi July filers, I'm a January filer that has been lurking this thread every day for the past week and just wanted to tell you all that you rock and to hang in there. I've been getting super ecstatic any time I see new approvals coming in! So happy for those of you and hopefully that everyone will soon hear back. I just got my NOA1 receipt today and got excited. I'm sure all of you remember the naivete and positivity of this moment! I'm hoping that USCIS continues to churn out approvals like it's nobody's business (for all of our sakes) and that I might be getting some good news by the time y'alls application anniversary rolls through.

01/10/2018: Mailed I-129F from Miami, Fl

01/12/2018: I-129F Received (according to online NOA1)

01/18/2018: Text message with NOA1 info and case number received

01/26/2018: NOA1 Hard Copy

07/27/2018: NOA2 Received :jest:

08/14/2018: NVC Received, Case & Invoice # assigned

08/21/2018: Case in Transit

08/24/2018: Naples Embassy Received (case READY)

09/04/2018: Packet 3 (received after sending them an email inquiring about the Packet)

09/18/2018: Interview, AP 

10/2/2018: Out of AP, Visa Issued

10/4/2018: Visa in Hand

10/18/2018: POE (Miami, Fl)

10/26/2018: Civil Marriage Ceremony

12/29/2018: Wedding Ceremony 

AOS Timeline

11/16/2018: Filed for AOS at Hialeah, Fl office

11/20/2018: Fingerprint Fee Received

12/12/2018: Fingerprints done 

4/25/2019: Interview Ready to Be Scheduled for I-485 

4/30/2019: Notified that Interview was Scheduled

Sooo this is how far they've gone that they wanted to let us know. I don't believe anything is coincidence in uscis anymore so they probably knew they were letting us know the dates they touched so far.

About another 20 minutes or so if they stop at 5 p.m. their time, but sometimes they update after 5.

They don't stop at 5 pm

 

because updates are separated they even update in the middle of the night when they do. But you do with your normal times as you can. I'm in a whole different timeline I can do it a midnight to support those if there's anything appears.
