Fiancee visa denied after AP... Please read

After she was denied we broke up.. been 5 months since her denial and uscis haven't receive back my f129 application. What should I do.? Please help....!! This is what the email says:

We have completed the administrative processing of your case. Our consular office is unable to verify the true identity of the beneficiary as she misrepresented and changed her identity on official Lao documents in an attempt to circumvent U.S. immigration law. As this information was not known to USCIS at the time of the petitions approval, the consular section has returned this petition for reconsideration with the recommendation that it be revoked. Furthermore, evidence also exists that raises PROTECT Act concerns which were not known to USCIS at the time the petition was approved. The PROTECT Act is a federal law that enhances the ability of U.S. law enforcement to investigate and prosecute U.S. citizens and legal permanent residents for the sexual exploitation of minors overseas. A victim as defined in 18 U.S.C. 2423© is a person under the age of 18. Our consular office is legally responsible for reporting cases that may involve PROTECT ACT concerns to appropriate law enforcement agencies and has forwarded the information to our ICE and other law-enforcement liaisons in Bangkok.......

At this point what should I do.? Just found out that she was aftering the money and had no feelings whatsoever.

Formally withdraw the I-129F (by sending a certified letter to USCIS) and move on.

Eh, she wasn't denied for scamming you. She was denied for lying, and apparently because you might have done something terrible abroad.

Couldn't recall what I did wrong.... nothing... base on the email it saying she lie about her age.. not over the age of 18... and saying evidence shows that I may had sexual conduct with with her..

Did she lie about her age? Was she under the age of 18 and you knew about and you had sex with her?

There's a doctor and a business man, that went to Thailand

very often (re: 60 minutes) They were both arrested and convicted

here for having sex with minors, that's how the old goats got their

jollys. In any race, color or creed a sensible grown man if honest

to himself can know the differences of minors from adults, not only

by talking to them but by checking ones own values...yep a 16 yr

old may fool someone that they are 18 years at first glance but be

around them for a while and you will know its a lie.

How much lie did she tell regarding her age...13-14 and says she's

18 then U petitioned her?....U need an atty and to stay away from

...and that is precisely the reason you need to consult an attorney. The burden of proof that you did not know her real age

is on you or you will be knee deep in cow patties.

If she did lie and if you did have sex with her you are heading for a charge of sexual acts with a child and a life as a registered sex offender. This is super serious. One male son of a coworker as a 17 yo was "dating" a younger girl whose parents didn't approve , the week he turned 18 he was picked up , convicted served years in jail and faces a life time of registration as a sex offender. This is more than a little serious. These people also did a sting on a man that signed up for a "tour" and because he requested an under age escort they arrested him when he showed up at the US airport to leave for the trip ( he never traveled and never met the "girl")

You have basically been involved in what is called Child Sex Tourism where they feel you went abroad to have sex with minors and then you tried to bring her to U.S. by lying.

Get an Attorney!

Everyone on here has informed you of the correct route to go. Withdraw petition, get attorney. Good luck!
