My fiancee arrived here yesterday. I waited for her but it's been one hour already that I was waiting for her and I got a text saying the immigration didn't let her in her flight going here. I was so upset but to go home because I can't wait to talk to her and ask what happened. When I was going back home I saw a car and I thought I was just imagining but no. I saw my fiancee in other car with another foreigner. What will I do? She came here because of me. Please help me because I am new to this. I just registered today because I found this site. Please help!!!!

Hopefully it wasn't some bad person who picked her up telling her that you sent him to pick her up. I guess that doesn't seem likely, just keep in mind there might be something else going on. You never know. =/

She came here because of somebody else.

So I am confused, you are waiting for her at the airport and get a text from her that immigration will not let her in. Why would you go right home to talk to her when you are at the airport? I would have been heading in to speak with someone about this and get my fiancee through or a reason why she was denied entry. Something smells rotten

Of course I was the one who bought her ticket so I know what date/time. I was at work and went there directly. Flight going here is not just an hour. How would I know if there was something bad happened if I know she was inside the airplane and heading here? She just text me the same rime she arrived that she just had a chance to message me because immigration hold her. When I saw her of course I know it was all lie and she just texted me when she landed

Definitely you need to call the Fraud section at USCIS. This woman will never be able to stay in this country legally. No way Jose!! You be sure you keep that text message...But first of all, you have to be sure that she is not really back home and be sure you saw her with someone else...I am not sure if the airlines can release her name to you as a passenger, but am sure she if cleared immigration, her name was there entering the states...I have heard of cases like this before happening from the the Philippines.

Isn't it possible for OP to check her i-94 to see if she did actually enter the country? Not sure how that works.
