    hi

no need of adjusting status for CR1

the wait is over a year because she will have an interview in her country and have the visa stamped in her passport, no more need of doing any other process in the US, she can work upon arriving, as well as travel

you will pay for the physical green card but immigration has up to 1 year to send it and that's why when she comes, she will have a stamp on her passport valid for 1 year

you can withdraw the k1 and marry anytime you want, if she has ESTA, she can visit you during the process

    hi

not plausible, your fiancé will enter on a K1 visa, she can't leave once she enters

you have 90 days to marry, later you file for adjustment of status, the EAD is taking 5 to 7 months since the spousal petition is taking longer nowadays

travel and work permit are usually being done and sent in a combo card, so it's still 5 to 7 months

most of your plans you will have to change because they are unrealistic. no travelling and no working for a long time, you can have your honeymoon once she  gets her advance parole

if you marry now you will have to withdraw the k1 and start all over, the petition can take over a year for her to come

for her type of job, the k1 wasn't a good fit for you, she can't work, she can't travel, she will be stuck in the US, until she can get her EAD/AP in 5 to 7 months once you married and filed the adjustment of status.

the k1 trumps any type of tourist or visit visa, she must use it to enter the US

no, you will file your affidavits of support and your mom will file her own

are your children US citizens or will you be filing for them as well?

    hi,
not true as stated,  the process was never continued

so his mom can file at any time

and for their information, a person can have more than one petition at the same time, many people can be filing for a beneficiary

in this case, his mom's petition will be the only one

    hi

nope, it doesn't work like that, you can't average your income, or make enough or you supplement with assets or get yourself a joint sponsor

what is your estimated income for 2019? current income is the most important one

    hi

no need for a birth certificate nor a co sponsor,

she will have her interview in Spanish and have to show strong ties to her country, she has to prove she won't illegally stay in the US

the burden of proof is on her

    hi

she won't be denied based on the tourist visa denial. possible denials would be that you didn't prove that you have a bona fide marriage, or the affidavit of support wasn't enough, any huge criminal activity

but most likely the petition will be approved

    hi

nope, she can't stay, she can't get a work permit, there is nothing that she can do to stay, and the petition will take 14 or more years of waiting

so she should only stay for a short period and return home, so she can come back to visit and not have the officers cancel her visa

aleful got a reaction from Dashinka in For NVC stage, how do you show videos??
    hi

no videos, plus you don't send any evidence of bona fide marriage at the nvc stage

you will need to take evidence for the interview, but immigration doesn't accept videos, only pictures, no phones either

at the nvc stage you send financial and civil documents, copy of passport, police certificate, aside from forms and payments
