Update on my friends lost Green Card, she went to the USCIS office and they put a stamp on her passport, so she doesn’t have to reapply for new Green Card and stamp in her passport works as a  Green Card till her  naturalization in next year.

There’s an awful lot of approved I-130 petitions out there without gc issuance (millions) .... that’s a massive influx of migrants with no public charge rules attached... some people have severely petitions pending gc how the heck petitioners meant to financially support them in them while waiting gc..... EAD? Lots of completion for jobs at a time when many Americans hurting 

I am curious about this too. I have seen more than one poster here who has filed petitions for upwards of a dozen family members (parents and many siblings). The siblings also have spouses and children. Will these “temporary visas” allow them to work? Without the public charge rule in place I foresee dozens of family members arriving on day one without adequate housing, lack of financial support. This will lead to people living in overcrowded conditions and place a strain on resources such as schools and medical care. 
 
I have four siblings, all married, and between them they have 9 minor children. That’s 17 people. Does he seriously think it’s right for the country and for the immigrants to add 17 people to a 3-bed 2-bath home, in an area of higher-than-average unemployment and without verifying that I even make enough to feed them all? 

I can’t imagine how one still can think to be with someone who cheated on him plus got pregnant, no way!. I would just stop all immigration process and broke up immediately.

Taking a job elsewhere is a good indication of abandonment of your permanent resident status.

Why would he want to go to the States where he has a high likelihood of catching covid than go back to his home country and flights are available? Very strange reasoning.

If birthdays were a valid reason to expedite, USCIS would be overwhelmed with expedite requests. 

Why hasn’t your spouse visited you for your last 4 birthdays? That seems like it would have been the most logical and easier thing to do,  no? Rather than rely on the US government to bring you together for your birthday.

Got my Ceremony Letter this morning on my Documents tab.

I am waiting for the interview letter to appear in the Documents tab for a few days. People are off for the holidays so that must have added a little bit of lag in the processing. 

It’s Christmas they haven’t worked for the last 2 days. Hopefully it will show up soon.

First of all is lying relevant? Yes its extremely relevant. If you go down that path, plan on getting a lifetime ban from entering the US.

Without more in person time you are likely to get denied. Is this large age gap typical for your culture? What about having children?

I had my interview Wednesday and saw my oath ceremony letter online on Friday morning. He already told my ceremony date at the end of the interview. I'm in Alabama.
