You can call. FYI NVC isn’t submitting petitions to embassies at the moment so it will sit at NVC until embassies open for interviews.

The same thing happened to me a few weeks ago. I submitted the revised I485 on the 30th and just received the NOA today....so not quite 2 weeks after mailing it off.

I recently mailed out AOS for my Wife and Daughter after marriage to K1. 2weeks down i just received the whole package with a rejection notice. "Stating i filed the wrong I-485."I did download the most recent I-485 07/31/2021 from the uscis website a week before mailing it out but it turns out they rolled in an updated version which expires 10/31/2021 same week i when i mailed it out. Long story i got my whole package back which really hurts...
1) My question is has anyone been through this before?
2) Did  get the most updated form and mail back the same copies? or printout all new copies? Reason being they have a green form on the package asking me to place it on the package when am resubmitting the the package. And on the bottom of the page they have codes running on the bottom?
3) Also i signed my daughter's i485 as the preparer. i dont know if thats another error right there.
I will be glad to get any information to help us through this process.

I will say again.   Update the forms as needed and resubmit the prior evidence even if they have already reassembled your evidence differently and even if they have printed numbers or codes on it.  

You need to sign in both places.  

1.  Yes several people 
2.  Yes, just fix the form, use same evidence 
3.  Not error 

Your child is a US citizen. Just apply for his/her passport at the nearest US embassy or consulate. You have clearly met the 5 year residence rule.

I think the easiest and most morally correct rout is for her to be upfront with her husband, get divorced, go home and have this new guy to submit a k1 application for her...
 
I feel sorry for her husband... he must be a saint! 
 
There’s no way in hell that I would let my husband live under the same roof as me or stay under my visa so that he can work out how to work the system in order to remain in country with a new love of the last 12 months.. leaving me to think husband may no actually be aware of what’s going on.. just my opinion

Good Luck towards your interview. You should be fine with the old pictures already submitter. If u have them already printed and in an album you are good to go. The embassy doesnt keep the proof you bring in. they keep the ones that was first mailed to USCIS. They will take a look and hand it back to you after the interview. Again Good Luck.🙏

The Supporting documents like Employee letter, ta transcript, w2s, bank statements etc can be copies. i864 Like you said got to be the original and signed.Wishing you Best of Luck

I dont think there is any reason to be rude with the Dude! He is a newbie we all know how stressful this immigration seems to be. He put out the storyline and asked a question. Its easier to give him a response and let it go.
 
@agboxco THE CRBA IS NOT A ROUTE FOR YOU TO TAKE GIVING THE FACT YOU ARE NOT THE BIOLOGICAL FATHER TO HER CHILD.The embassy always ask for DNA to prove you are actually the Father.
Secondly for the K2 visa if you didnt mention the child in the I129F form there is no remedie at this moment.Since she already got her visa.If you did mention her child in the I129F you should have applied for the K2 when you was filling the form for the visa and paying a separate fee for the k2 visa. At the Moment she might have to leave her child behind and later on file for him once she gets her GC.
