Finally I got an email stating that my petition was approved today!!!

after 11 weeks of waiting our RFE was approved.   we were sent an email. The website however hasn’t changed.

awaiting noa2 approval after they recieved our evidence on April 6th

i broke down and got a fax number and got my RFE faxed to me.  it says the 2x2 passport photos I sent wasn't the right size even though I measured them.  also they needed more information that we met.  its stupis because I sent pictures with a sand castle of the date also plane tickets.  then they said the itenaty was created before the date I went there.  even though I sent the tickets of us being on the plane together.  

 

So now I have to sent money to get new passport pictures and have them shipped to the US then take more pictures of my passport stamps and plane tickets.

Honey. You can take the a picture with your cellphone and send it to your fiancé for email or chat. Your fiance can print this in eeuu with the correct size. Don't worry my friend. Everythin is gonna be ok. I understand you

There are apps for your phone that will help resize your passport photos to the size that you need for any occasion. After resizing, and it is required to send them on to someone to print, these apps make it easy.

I am an October filler. I am also waiting for some response from uscis after I sent my rfe. USCIS updated their site on April 5th. There were few of us with the same rfe that sent their responses about the same time. They got approved and I am still waiting. I hope for something this or next week but it's getting hard to breathe when everyone around you are almost approved
