Adjustment of Status

AOS March 5, 2014 Submitted AOS with EAD/AP package to Chicago USICS

Delivered March 8, 2014 AOS packaged delivered to USCIS drop box

Accepted March 19, 2014 Text message with receipt numbers

Biometrics April 16, 2014 Biometrics completed

EAD May 23, 2014 Employment Authorization Document approved and went to card production

TD May 23, 2014 Travel Document approved and went for card production

Receipt EAD/AP May 30, 2014 Received combo card EAD/AP

Green Card Approved July 11, 2014 Approved, no interview. Went to card production.

Green Card received July 17, 2014 GC received without interview

Removal of Conditions

Mailed I-751 Dec 16, 2015 Submitted ROC (removal of conditions)

Received Dec 18, 2015 USPS notification of successful delivery

Check Cashed Dec 21, 2015 Check was cashed

NOA-1 Issued Dec 21, 2015 NOA-1 for ROC issued

NOA-1 Issued Dec 26, 2015 NOA-1 Received

Biometrics Appt. Jan 29, 2016 Biometrics Appointment Scheduled [Completed]

Had our interview yesterday on the 24th and was approved. Today for ceac it says issued.

We now officially have our interview scheduled for September 19!   If anyone else is going through Manila know that there are plenty of dates open earlier than that. The 19th is just the day

Send off that inquiry to NVC updating your email address along with your beneficiary's email address too. Request to be notified once your case has arrived at NVC, and once your case number has been assigned and finally once your case leaves NVC. It does not always work and your mileage will vary, but I requested all three items and I got all three emails as they happened.... so it's worth a try.

Citizenship Complete!

NOA1 : February 28th 2019

RFE: June 10th 2019

RFE Received(by us) June 14th 2019

RFE received (uscis) June 20th 2019

NOA2: July 1st 2019!! 

 

123 Days!!

 

Over the moon and lost for words eeeeeeek!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

 

 

 

Ok I’m now focused. What do we need to start doing now and when can I start thinking about booking interviews etc. this thread seems a little unstructured so far compared to previous months . 

 

Uk beneficiary ! Any pointers appreciated !!!

Whoohoo...I got my NOA2 today on 5 July 2019.  I did not get any email or text message about my NOA2...it simple showed up in my snail mailbox.
