ElDiablo got a reaction from Ksenia_O in Non-Immigrant visa affidavit of support
You don't need to withdraw anything as you cannot sponsor anyone for a B2 visa so your affidavit or whatever document you gave to this person was useless and not needed/not used.

Why are you muddying the waters with talk of a green card? Topic title says non immigrant visa, the post says 10 year visa which is standard for a B2, says the person entered and exited the USA, been posted in the Tourist Visa forum.. unnecessary and pointless information you are posting.

ElDiablo reacted to Crazy Cat in Non-Immigrant visa affidavit of support
If you mean they received a 10 Green card, the following applies:
Per USCIS:
"When you sign the affidavit of support, you accept legal responsibility for financially supporting the sponsored immigrant(s), generally until they become U.S. citizens or are credited with 40 quarters of work. Your obligation as a sponsor also ends if you or the individual sponsored dies or if the individual sponsored ceases to be a lawful permanent resident and departs the United States."
If they received a visitor visa, then you are under no obligation.

ElDiablo got a reaction from ElmiraW in Tourism visa
So you are a refugee in France and expect anyone to believe you want to just visit the USA for tourism?
Yea ok, not happening and rightly so.

ElDiablo got a reaction from dentsflogged in Mother-in-Law Denied Tourist Visa from Mexico for having only 1 child
So what ties does she have to Mexico? Seems all you have posted is about her ties to the USA, which does not make the denial surprising.
Looks like you have covered all the options, depends whichever works best for you.

ElDiablo reacted to JFH in Visit visa B-1 for mother
She’s applied twice already this year and now considering a third application? It’s only June. The CO has seen her desperation to get here. People are not usually so desperate to go sight-seeing. The COs are not stupid.
How many children did she say that she had here? Your story also changed from “all my siblings are here” to “I only have one brother here”.

ElDiablo got a reaction from mogiftney in B1/B2 visa denied
You are not in a relationship as that implies having relations. Talking online is not one, you need to meet first.
Do you really want to potentially have a relationship with someone that cant even afford a plane ticket? Especially as they live in a more 'developed' country where surely he has a lot more opportunities to make money than you do.
Not to mention you say he is a lot younger, how is he going to support you?
I think you can do a lot better.

ElDiablo got a reaction from Hypnos in IT'S BEEN 4 YEARS!
That is wrong.
Being deported from the USA makes the OP permenantly ineligible to travel under the VWP.
Only option is to apply for a B2.

ElDiablo got a reaction from SB5130 in B1 rejected twice, implications and wait time for B2 (merged 3)
You sound very desperate to enter the US. How come you suddenly want a visitor visa after being denied for a B1?
Something doesn't add up and the CO will see that as well.

3 months for business meetings with no plan at all for the 3 months?
Yea ok, very odd, sounds so suspicious and I'm not surprised you were denied. You will most likely be denied again.

ElDiablo got a reaction from Pitaya in Nigerian B1/B2 restricted from AOS/EOS
Good. This should be on all B1/B2 visas.
Nothing worse than a lying B1/B2 visa holder who decides to AOS.

ElDiablo got a reaction from Roel in B1-B2 Visa Selecting interview date Step #7
You are not fooling anyone, you have already shown by your OP you are not trustworthy, he would overstay and you know it, so will the CO that's why he will be rightfully (and hopefully) denied his B2.

ElDiablo got a reaction from Becci391 in 5months old baby visa reject
It's a bit suspect that as soon as the new baby was born she wants to go visit the US again, makes it look like they are all planning to move to the US for good.
