No one can tell if they're gonna reject it or not. They might accept it and issue a RFE later on saying you sent the wrong Affidavit of Support. But if you send it again and both get accepted, then you will have two applications and you won't be able to get your money back

You're talking about medical done inside the US, which is valid for 2 years and can't be done more than 60 days before the underlying petition is filed.

The other users are talking about K1 medical done outside the US, which is valid "forever" as long as you file for AOS within 1 year of the date of the medical.

Remember that this topic is under the K1 section of the forum. And 99% of K1 don't do the medical in the US.

EAD is free if filed before Oct 2nd. As well as AP. Send everything back with the correct payment and the AP form, even if you expect not to use it, emergency happens.

The recommendation from Visa Journey to wait 2 weeks is an old recommendation because CBP used to issue paper i-94, and because of that, it used to take 2 weeks to get in the system. There's no more paper I-94. Everything is digital now, which means the moment your I-94 is issued, you're in the system, so there's no need to wait. Some people arrived in the US and went straight to SSO from the airport and applied for their SSN with no problem. If you have done more research you would've seen here in the forum that waiting 2 weeks is no longer necessary. Many guides on VJ are outdated.

I've read your post, and that's why I answered you. And I'm gonna say it again. Focus on the AOS forms (also if you don't want to pay double the fees starting Oct 2nd).

If you have done more research you would've seen that a verification with DHS is necessary for everyone that is not a US Citizen. For us K1, this verification is, in 100% of the cases, done by paper. The SSO file a form G-845 to check our status.

Only after this verification they are able to issue the SSN. So every K1 will receive a letter saying they need to get verified even though we already have our I-94 showing we are in the system.

And that leads to covid again. Offices are running slower. For example, it took 1 month for the SSO in NYC to send my originals back after I applied for a new SSC. You are also probably aware of the issues with USPS.

So yes, at this time, everything is gonna take longer than you desire. And I'm gonna say one more time, focus on the AOS.

No. Each form is a separate application and need their own set of evidences. So go through the 765 and 131 instructions and check the evidences they require, even if they were already included in the 485 package. You can also follow the guides you find here in the forum.

I also don't see the tax transcript for the joint sponsor. If they weren't required to file, you must send an explanation of why they weren't required to file.

The "at any time during the year" is not 100% accurate. Every insurance is different. Some only gives 30 or 60 days after the life event to add the spouse.

Biometrics appointment is not an interview. They will just collect your fingerprints, photo and signature. You will take your updated 693 to the AOS interview when it's scheduled.

You can always print the instructions to show the officer that your medical is still valid. Some of them are not aware of how a K1 medical works.

You need to understand the question first. The correct answer is zero for question 3. The key is what it says above question 2:

Persons NOT sponsored on this affidavit.

Since you're sponsoring your wife, the answer for question 3 is 0. If you answer 1 to question 1 and 1 to question 3, you're basically saying that you're sponsoring and not sponsoring at the same time.

2a will give you another rejection.

The person at the Lockbox is not an officer, they will only check the filing requirements. If you don't do your job and send everything correct, they will reject it.

Unfortunately you chose the wrong category, so the person at the lockbox will look for a I-130 and will not find, so your package will be rejected again.

The decision from the second judge gives USCIS the choice to request the form for the other states again, but USCIS needs to give a notice first requesting it again. So far, they haven't changed the requirements and the I-944 is not needed.

All cases are first adjudicated at the NBC. They're are the ones checking the forms, giving RFEs out, approving EAD/AP. Your local office will only receive your AOS application when you're ready to have an interview, because that's basically the only thing the local office does. All the timelines you see takes in consideration the time the application was first at the NBC and then moved to your local office.
