Hopefully sending our package next week! Only missing a few supporting documents for the I-944.

Be sure to double triple check your work. Consult other threads i.e. March and April 2020 AOS to see how they handled the I944 form.

Sent ours out after a rejection today, the I-944 is so confusing but I think we managed to fill it out properly. We couldn't supply some evidence because of the 33 day time limit we had but we're gonna get them while it's processing so if they send an RFE we're prepared.

They gave us 33 days before they'd move ahead with deportation proceedings as far as the letter said, it was pretty aggressive! Obviously they're not always on time with that but we weren't taking any chances.

Sent my application in Thursday 4/30, received Friday 5/1, charged for $1,225 this morning, 5/5/20! This was our second time sending it. Our packaged was returned to us a couple of days after the i-944 took effect.  This time, we took our time and combed through every single part.

Very good let's hope it's good to go this time. But cashing your check is a good  indication it's good insofar as the forms.

Yep! I'm just curious about the wording on the paper. Says my husband will have an electronic biometrics appointment or something like that.

Electronically captured is the normal wording and only means that his fingerprints will get scanned instead of ink on paper and the signature is also taken on a signpad and not on paper. It's the normal procedure during the appointment.
