?????? What you said doesn’t make any sense at all.
She is eligible to petition her husband as an LPR (Legal Permanent Resident) If she will be eligible to Naturalize under VAWA & 3 years as LPR and being remarried is another issue.

I would also be screaming visa fraud if the phenomenon of beautiful and successful women making unbelievable sacrifices for mediocre men wasn’t as common as it unfortunately is. It’s definitely not just an immigration thing. Tragic.

I was on your side until I read this comment. You are quite right that there’s no need to get a 30-year mortgage at 45 if you live in a perfectly adequate place, etc.

You are not doing her a favor by bringing her here. I do hate that arrogant attitude from the USCs who seem to think that we foreign spouses should be eternally grateful and indebted to you because you “rescued” us from our home lands and “gifted” us a better life. Ridiculous. She sounds like she is very self-sufficient with her own career. She owes you nothing. If this is a genuine marriage then bringing her here is just as much for your benefit as it is hers.

Its almost as bad as the immigrants that say “I gave up everything to come here for him/her”. No, you did not. You made a life change that you BOTH wanted and so that you could BOTH live with the person you love. You do it for yourself as much as you do it for the other.

Shes probably better off without you if that’s your attitude.

Dude:  if you are hoping to pursue higher education in the US, you will need to work on your English writing, spelling and grammar skills, or at least familiarize yourself with spellcheck.  Admission to colleges and universities is competitive.

Joint filed tax return transcripts for the last 3 years along with any evidence of commingling finances you can have, lease agreements on both names, joint bank account statements for the last 3 years, insurance documents with both names (health, homeowners, auto, life)
Birth certificates of any child born from the marriage.
You need to prove on documents that you have been and continue to live in marital union.

Ok, all you need is your certificate of naturalization along with the normal required documents when you apply for his/her passport.
You certificate is his/her evidence of having a US Citizen parent before turning 18. They will require his/her green card along with the documents which they will send back to USCIS after processing the passport.

    Good Luck!

Entry is not guaranteed and mostly is depending on the officer she gets that day, some are very strict. One thing I think is almost sure is that any CBP officer will have curiosity why she is spending more time in the US than in her home country. Before this trip when was the last time she was in the US and for how long?

I think a lot of that answer depends where you come from, given that (unlikely as it is) a green card can be revoked and it is not a permanent guarantee to remain in the US. For us, having a stable developed country with a good higher education system (for the kids) and with the bonus of a passport that doesn’t require visas to go just about everywhere like our home country one, was a big incentive to naturalize. If I came from a Western European country or Australia or Canada, I would not have the same incentives.

Whether it is a clear reason for you or not, 214(b) IS the reason for your denial.  You will not get another answer through a FOIA request, because that's the "exact reason for denial" that you are seeking.  If there was another reason in addition to 214(b), it would have been included in your denial slip.

Bottom line, you failed to convince four different officers in four different interviews that you would not stay in the US once you got there  -- which is an absolute requirement under US visa law.  You, obviously, don't agree with them, but they all agreed.  Even though you have traveled to more than 28 countries and didn't stay doesn't mean you wouldn't stay in the US -- maybe they weren't countries you wanted to or even considered staying in.

BTW, I'm sure that applying four times within a matter of a few months communicates an almost desperate need to get to the US to the consular officer, which adds to the issue of overcoming 214 (b).

You can not bring what you don't have....A Passport is primary evidence of US Citizenship.
If you find the Certificate by the time of your interview then perfect, bring both but I'm almost sure it will serve the same purpose. Maybe they mention the Certificate as you are not required to get a Passport.
Did they specifically ask for "Certificate Of Citizenship" or "Certificate Of Naturalization"? Both are different, a Certificate Of Citizenship is given to people who acquired Citizenship through their parents and the other to who went through the Naturalization process.
