N-400 Checklist for 3 year rule. Please and Thank you!

Hello what documents will I need if I'm applying under the 3 year rule? I'm doing the online N-400 application. Any tips or additional information I should include? Much appreciated! ❤️

Joint filed tax return transcripts for the last 3 years along with any evidence of commingling finances you can have, lease agreements on both names, joint bank account statements for the last 3 years, insurance documents with both names (health, homeowners, auto, life)

Birth certificates of any child born from the marriage. 

You need to prove on documents that you have been and continue to live in marital union.

When you apply online do you have to submit your documents right away or do you take them to your interview? Im also getting ready to apply

Documents have to be uploaded before you can submit the application. I highly recommend having all beforehand, this will make the process smoother.

For me I already submit my application , but we don't have joint bank account , but we only have insurance documents with both names ( homeowners and auto)  , the tax return transcript only for 2 years 2017 and 2018 because 2019 still early to file for it , and 2016 I was still living in my home country. My spouse is US citizen so I applied based on 3 years

We only had two years of taxes based on when we moved and she acknowledged that in the interview and it was not an issue. I showed joint insurance and bank account but not the mortgage and that was fine, the officer never asked about in my interview on Tuesday. I uploaded family pictures too and she thought they were cute lol.
