It is almost time to mail our ROC out. I am working on getting my evidence package ready to mail out by mid May to VSC. 

 

Good luck everyone! Hope we give each other company, advice and have some good conversation here too! :)

Hey Guys! My I-751 has been accepted and my green card is being produced. I just received a letter notifying me of this today, my case was processed by the CSC, they received my original package at 5/

I also got the Feb waiver and then a biometrics appt letter.  Did my code 5 fingerprints done last week. Two days later got a "new card being produced' update. Good luck all.

I'm pretty sure we will receive an updated i-797, they say they will issue "NEW" forms to those whose case were pending as June 11 which means that all those from June 11 will receive the updated i-79

We were actually eligible for the past two weeks but just got everything together. Sent it out today via priority mail. Should get there on Friday, 5/4. Hoping for no RFEs.

Good luck May 2018 filers. I can't believe it has been a year after I submitted my I-751 application is still no update. LOL!

05/12/17: VSC received our package

05/12/17: NOA Date
05/14/17: NOA Arrived in the mail & check cashed

06/22/17: Biometrics Appointment at ASC Manhattan

04/09/18: Online changed to case transferred to local office but no actual letter

06/13/18: Card Being Produced - NO RFE/NO INTERVIEW

06/16/18: Approval Letter arrived in the mail with 06/13/18 approval date

06/18/18: Card was picked up by USPS

We file May 4th. Just had an INFOPass appointment on some updating address issues and was informed that most ROC are now taking 2 years as they are that backed up. They recommended that we file for citizenship as that will expedite things. Good luck to you!

Just wanna give you guys some heads up. Something is going on at the SCs. April filers (I am one of them) are still waiting for their NOAs. No checks or Money orders have been cashed. They recived my package one month ago at the beginning of april. No cashed Money, no NOAs. Everybody is biting their nails. Nobody knows what is going on. So be prepared for a long, nerve racking waiting time.

Interesting. Will see what happens with May filers. The officer at our appointment seemed pessimistic about processing times to say the least. Even mentioned people potentially getting two year extensions for ROC at this point. Keep us posted thanks for sharing.

I just sent my package today via Priority Mail, should get there on Saturday. Crossing fingers for a smooth journey but the comments above about not hearing anything since April really worries me. My GC expires on June 28.

 

Let's pray and see what happens.

Back on VJ after nearly two years! We mailed our ROC package yesterday. I haven't kept up with processing times in the meantime and didn't realize how backlogged they were. Wow! Hope everything goes smoothly for us all even if it's a long wait.

K1 Visa timeline: Application sent to Visa in hand: 10 months and 4 days (Texas Service Center)

02/26/2015: I-129F Application mailed to Texas lockbox

03/05/2015: NOA1 email notification

08/27/2015: NOA2! (176 days)

09/02/2015: Sent to NVC

09/14/2015: Called NVC and obtained MTL case number

09/18/2015: In Transit to MTL consulate

09/21/2015: Consulate received our file (24 days post-NOA2)

09/24/2015: Sent Packet 3 (unprompted, but CEAC status had updated a second time)

09/29/2015: Packet 4 received, interview scheduled. Still haven't received Packet 3, I advise not to wait for it!

10/09/2015: Received Packet 3 in the mail!

04/06/2016: Biometrics letter finally received thanks to Congressman's inquiry (Appointment scheduled 04/18/2016).

04/18/2016: Biometrics appointment

04/25/2016: Officially outside processing times for EAD/AP. Scheduled Infopass appointment for 05/10.

05/21/2016: Finally received email notice that EAD was approved on 05/19 after numerous service requests, infopass appt and ombudsman inquiry

05/23/2016: Received hard-copy letter notifying me that my AP was approved on the same day as my EAD. No hard-copy for EAD yet.

05/28/2016: Received EAD/AP Combo Card (122 days since filing).

06/21/2016: Received email notification of AOS interview (Appointment scheduled 07/21/2016)

07/21/2016: AOS interview. Approved, but file was missing medical. Local office can't issue GC until they receive medical from DOS.

07/25/2016: USCIS case status changed to New Card Is Being Produced!

08/01/2016: Green card in hand. ROC window opens Apr 29, 2018.

Mad & J, what service did you use to send it? Priority?

I sent mine yesterday also and should get there by Saturday, it will be interesting to see if they move together regarding check cashing, NOA1.

We just sent ours! It will arrive Monday! I paid for tracking and signature confirmation given how things have been moving so slow and lack of movement from April filers in terms of even checks being cashed. So, at least I'll be able to let everyone know when someone has physically picked up our package at CSC! Good luck everyone! Has anyone started a Google spreadsheet for tracking?
