I agree. Telling them info "old style" and even if they look into this website won't affect anything. I mean also lets get real they are slow... they won't suddenly start changing this.... If something happens it happens because many many people in number mentioned it directly waaaay before. 
 
if USCIS officer really used "silent approval" then boy the terms I created is definitely becoming huge and they are definitely checking vj. 
Next we hear them say "virgin" and I can apply to USCIS with a writing on my CV saying "Created new terminology"

I feel like there is some other thing going on with this like EWI. Especially since you guys have been married for a while, your lawyer should push for termination of removal proceedings and after, remand to USCIS for AOS. Did he enter without inspection? 
 
My husband was technically arrested (detained) and released by ICE in 2 hours for overstaying, without anything having been approved. We had been married a month or two, and although it did take 2.5yr, he never had to opt for voluntary departure/601. He was released with no bond and no check in order. Just wait for a court date in the mail. 
 
Our lawyer took the approved i130 to the immigration court judge and requested termination of removal, it was granted. The immigration court pended his case in 6mo blocks until approval happened, so we went 3x total. 
 

Hey all! I just ran a 1/2 scan, doing the first 16 days of November. There's only been 1 single update this week, an 11/13 case was touched today and it got an RFE.
 
I will run a full scan tomorrow night and post up the results and a new chart.  

Driving on the wrong side of the road was easy, being on the wrong side of the car was harder, I looked over the wrong shoulder when reversing, reached for the seatbelt/door handle/ gear shift etc with the wrong hand - was as confusing as heck 😂

Don't be misled by the word "Rapid" in the name "RapidVisa". Filing through Rapidvisa does not speed up the process in any way, shape or form. If anything, it goes a little slower because you are adding an extra step to the process. 
 
The only thing guaranteed to be Rapid by them is your credit card being charged rapidly.
