I filed my taxes MFJ recently. Have ~$10k coming back to me from the government. MFJ is the better choice! 

Question: If a case is expedited and you know the MSC#, would it show in case history on the website if that case was expedited?

Octoberians got any updates yet? One of us has gotten approval for EAD/AP (Oct 2 NOA1)

Yes, all of us, lol. All concurrent filings of EADs and AP's with pending marriage based AOS applications under category c9 are processed at the NBC in MO. All of them no matter where you are from.

So you are looking at the wrong service centre. They are currently processing Sept 1st. 

There is also a Oct 2 NOA1 EAD/AP that got approved over the weekend. 

Got my taxes filed last week. Married Filing Jointly. My tax filer said I need a FBAR for any bank account or 401k/IRA/retirement account that is overseas and was active at any point in 2018.

Hello Octoberians!! It's been quiet on the EAD/AP front this week. Hopefully they are going hard on Sept filers.

Some good news for Sept. The iimmii hheellpp page for Sept AOS had a Sept EAD/AP approval (non expedite)
