Have a question for the folks here who can advise. I sent my wife's I751 back in September 2021. Her Canadian passport was expiring in April 2022 so I decided in November 2021 to file for renewal for her passport. I received the new passport today (along with the old one which has been hole punched/cancelled) and the new passport has a different passport # than what I referenced/submitted in the I751 filed in September 2021. Is this an issue? How can it be remediated? 

Still no activity here (Biometrics waiver/appt notice). WAC (California Service Center) here. Any WACs receive anything yet? 

Questions:Do you need to bring your passport to the Biometrics appointment? My Canadian passport is expiring within 6 months and Want to send it in for renewal.

tHello Everyone!! I have my Canadian Citizen in laws come visit me and my wife in California next week. They have to take a Covid test before leaving the US to go back to Canada after their visit. Does anyone know if CVS pharmacy or others testing centers allow foreign folks, like my in laws, take a covid test?

Just received a text saying they received my I765. I got assigned the WAC service center. Is that the California Service Center? 

Also i read here somewhere that if you have the Nebraska Service center, that means a interview for ROC is more likely than from other service centers. Is that true?

I sent my I 751 yesterday using Usps priority mail express. They said they would deliver it by 6pm today. So far, it is still sitting at my post office. So yes, definitely some delays in the system.

Just went to Canada by air on my Canadian passport, no questions asked beyond what is already asked, quarantined for 14 days (they call to confirm u are quarantining). Came back to the US using my GC. No questions asked and no quarantine required here. overall its doable. 

Here, I am a Canadian Citizen living in the US with a Green Card. I want to go to Canada to visit family next month for a couple weeks (i am aware I have to quarantine for 14 days when I arrive in Canada). Am I allowed to travel to Canada and able to come back to the US?

Do the non-essential/essential travel limitations apply to me (a Canadian Citizen with a US GC)? 

Update:contacted CBSA and CBP. CBSA says Canada Citizens can enter back into Canada. CBP said if you have a American Green Card, you can come back to the US. I think I am good as long as I quarantine for 14 days when I arrive.

Has anyone here been successful in traveling to Canada and returning to US with their GC?

Yes, I realize that I would have to quarantine for 14 days. I plan to go home and visit my family only.
