It should be noted that uscis sometimes checks this website. So they could very well figure out who you are. Don't lie on immigration forms! Even if you get away with it somehow, years down the road it could somehow pop up at a different appointment. Which could unravel everything, just be honest.

You are out of Status after the 90 days. We filed for my wife after 90, but it was pretty soon after. You are an example of what can happen. It's definitely not common though. Yet another reason why spousal visa is a better option.

Waited well over a year for Roc then this happened right away. To say we were surprised would be an understatement. 

Wife had her interview today here in Montana. Combined Roc interview. They didn't ask me to be there (I was waiting in the car). Approved her on the spot and did her oath ceremony too! Applied for citizenship and got approved after around 3 months. She has her naturalization certificate in hand!

Is this a serious question? No! Anyone could say oh I'm the godparent I'm going to sponsor them. Obviously that wouldn't be allowed.

ROC interview requires the spouse to be there. I'm in Montana and our office is usually super relaxed. Last appointment we were early and they didn't care, even with covid going on.
 
The part of not knowing my situation was due to someone saying to just get a babysitter for a couple hours when it would be 10 hours just to drive there and back, not including the interview and trying to tell me how to raise my child.

My wife is not going to be relaxed if she's worrying about my son, which she will if he's not with one of us. My wife is a stay at home mom, he doesn't have to get used to anything. My wife chooses to stay home with our son. I will dictate how my son is raised not you!

That's what I was thinking of doing. I know I have to be there due to it being a combo interview. So I'll probably call and ask and go from there.

This is interesting. You should have inquired about why it was taking so long a while ago. Why did you wait so long to ask? I would have been contacting ombudsman by now. Skipping the interview is a huge deal too.
