You will have to quarantine if you come from the states. It's not going to change by then. You will also get tested, I'd suggest looking into this more. The Philippines doesn't joke around with covid. 

Somewhat incorrect. United States law doesn't require it. Philippine law does though and if the Filipino wants to change their last name on their passport its required. Also, if they plan on having a child and that child wants dual citizenship then the ROM helps with that as well. 

Just wanted to make sure. The Philippines changes things or sometimes has odd policies. Always good to double check.

I have to disagree. Citizens can use benefits that green card holders generally can't. Preventing people from getting citizenship does have it's advantages to someone who is against it, especially if that person is against public assistance of any kind. I'm not going to argue, it is what it is. Expensive!!!

I did order it by mail. So if I probably won't get it how do I go about getting it? I don't know of anyway to get it besides the website. 
Ya I already did that. Hence why I was able to request copies of the certificates. 

Tbone has been on this site for an extremely long time and has helped alot of us. Including myself, he knows what he's talking about. In reference to your post. You get married after the 90 days you submit an I-130. Filing for EAD and AP won't work. Your status is based upon the marriage and you need to get married first. 
 
Tbone wasn't being unwelcoming, we do not like misinformation on this site. It can lead to all kinds of confusion, so when it's noticed it is stopped very quickly. It can seem as if people are being harsh, but this is why it is that way on here. 

One other point. Check into dual citizenship if that is something you're interested in for your child. All countries are different when it comes to it, but some children are automatically citizens of a country that there parents are. 

Yes it's true otherwise they wouldn't have said it. As for working it depends on the situation. Some get approved and some don't, but you can try.
